We offer a spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath condominium which comfortably sleeps up to 7 people.

Completely remodeled in 2008, the condo is finished in a mountain chic style with rich chestnut leather furniture and a stunning stacked stone fireplace. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and knotty alder cabinets. The radiant heat within the natural stone floors will keep your toes warm right out of the shower. The condo also offers high speed internet and a private washer/dryer. The open layout creates a comfy environment for socializing and relaxing. Imagine yourself steps from your kitchen in your own private outdoor hot tub with light Utah snowflakes falling around you, or in summer just steps away from a beautiful swimming pool to cool and refresh yourself after a great day of hiking, mountain biking or golf....

Michelle and John live in Park City and are available to answer any questions you have regarding the property. Jan and Don Mottinger, purchased this condo in 1995. They love to come here and enjoy the fresh mountain air and all the activities Park City has to offer. They are fortunate to have their daughter, husband and two adorable grandchildren living and working in Park City.

Great location! Updated condo

We spent several nights in March 2018 in this wonderful condo. The hosts were very easy to work with and accommodating. We loved the hot tub, it was very clean. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms met our needs. We highly recommend renting ski and snow gear at Cole Sports which is basically in their parking lot. This is a great unit on the golf course which gives you a beautiful view. We hope to be back

Exactly as it appeared online, and felt very spacious. Our group of 6 was very comfortable.

Our group of 6 friends celebrating 30th birthdays had the perfect setting close to downtown park city. Acces to skiing, restaurants and the historic downtown was great. The apartment was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The kitchen was spacious and we made breakfast every morning.

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Nice kitchen and tv area! Loved the fireplace at night after a day of skiing. Also it was very conveniently located to the slopes and shops and dining. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Great location, roomy condo

Very impressed with this condo and with the helpfulness of the owner. Our family of four stayed for over a week in July 2017 at this well equipped condo and had a great vacation in Park City. The condo is very close to the Park City Mountain Resort and short bike ride or drive to Deer Valley. Canyons Ski Resort is a longer bike ride but is close if you are driving. The condo is part of the a larger complex with a pool and located across from the Fresh Market and super close to two bike (or ski) rental shops. The condo has everything you need to cook dinner at home but is close enough to restaurants to easily walk to many. This condo has a private, outdoor hot tub in a courtyard area and was great for relaxing in the evening after our hiking or biking adventures. Each bedroom has its own full bath and though we were only a family of four, it could hold a much larger family or families easily.
