2 BR, 2 Bath, one floor living. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, French doors onto large deck, central heat and AC, Wi-Fi. Spacious living/dining area. Partial ocean view from oversized deck. Weber gas grill. Linen service and onsite management. 5 minute walk on footpath to Nantucket sound, Keyes beach, Quohog beach. This is a privately owned cottage with onsite management and linen service provided.

Harbor Village is a quiet, secluded village of Cape style homes located on the south shore of Cape Cod at the edge of Hyannisport. This 17-acre peninsula is a place of natural beauty, studded with pine trees, and laced with cool sandy paths leading to the ocean beach. Our private footpath to Quohog Beach bridges a creekbed with wild flowers - a fine spot to eavesdrop on nature at sunrise. Emerge from the sylvan trail, cross tiny Ocean Avenue and set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 to 75 degrees.
The excitement of downtown Hyannis is less than a mile away. Take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard from the Ocean Street docks, one mile from our gate.

Very nice but mix up at check in.
We arrived after the ofgice was closed. Our house had no sheets and towels andxwas clearly not ready. Unable to reach managers at the listed phone numbers. They were not expecting us even tho i had my confirmation info. We ginally connected and they got the house ready for us. After that it was lovely. We especially liked the arrangement of the house that allowed for maximum privacy.

perfect vacation
property is as described. very clean, furniture and beds were very comfortable. I usually get backaches from sleeping in other beds and sitting in crappy furniture on vacation but it didn’t happen here. bed was perfect. great deck, perfection location to the beach with a really nice path through nature, close enough to main street. my daughter walked there for breakfast very morning. property has everything you need for cooking, grilling and more. books, games, beach stuff. only one negative and it has nothing to do with the property: the amount of algae on the beach and in the water. I had no idea and i guess i’m just used to the NJ and DE beaches !

Wonderful stay
We were very pleased with our stay. The cottage was extra clean, Shirley was a very responsive hostess. The location was perfect for what we were looking to do…a little shopping, a lot of eating and a few walks on the beach.
