This beautiful and spacious condo is perfect for a family get-together or a private getaway. Our extra large balcony overlooks the luxurious pools and outdoor basketball/volleyball/pickleball courts. It is the ideal location if you want to watch your kids' activities from the condo.

This condo has everything you'll need. From comfortable beds to a spacious master bedroom/bath with a jetted tub to a well-stocked kitchen--you will enjoy a carefree visit. After a perfect day of hiking, biking, sight-seeing, tennis, shopping, or whatever else you love to do in St. George, come back to the condo and relax in the pools and hot tubs and watch a movie on the large screen HDTV.

With your condo rental, you'll have full access to the resort at Las Palmas. The resort features six swimming pools (one indoor). Each pool area provides chaise lounges and chairs. The pool area also boasts a new splash pad for the kids! There is a large basketball court with eight standards, 2 pickle ball courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, full fitness gym and children’s playground.

We were disappointed by the condition of the unit. 1. Ant infestation in the unit they had many ant traps throughout the unit, we were constantly killing the ants in the kitchen. 2.Carpet was filthy (white socks were black on the bottom within a few hours of walking on the carpet). 3. Windows cranks were stripped and hard to open or close. 4. Windows and screens were filthy. 5. Sliding door in living room did not work.

Great amenities!
We really love staying at this resort because of the amenities and location. The condo was great. It could use a really good cleaning. The dishes were dirty and when we used the pull out couches there was food and garbage in them. There was also no linens for the pull out couches for us to use so we had to get creative with what we had from other beds. We would stay here again. We don’t usually spend a lot of time in the condo itself anyway.

Great place to stay, wish they left out basic cleaning items and supplies. We had no access to paper towels or toilet paper. But other than that it was an amazing place. Would stay here again
