Loved it! Perfect, Beach access!
The beach access was so great, right on the beach. The room was nice, good view. Perfect location. And the valet parking was so nice. Check in took a while, busy. But besides that I really enjoyed it!

Great place for the price
We were very happy with our stay! Kelly was very helpful and allowed us ti check in early as our flight arrived at 10am. If you’re not renting a car and you plan on going out a lot you may want to stay somewhere closer to South Beach. But this place was great for us because we spent most of our time down at the beach!

Lack of guidance
We arrived 45 min early and they would not let us check in. Then, we returned later and had to run back and forth between the front desk and the vallet giving information. Then, there was no direction as to how to get to our room. We finally got some help on how to use the elevator- we saw many confused while there. The front desk told us the wrong room and no one explained how to enter or leave the room with the code pad. The code would have been quite easy for someone to figure out and we had no idea how to lock our door. The hallway smelled terrible and our bathroom had rust and paint peeling in the tub. Once we got past the horrible check in, we did enjoy our stay. The best part was the convenience to the pool and beach.
