The house is three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV with an en-suite featuring double sinks with granite counters, a walk in shower and soaking tub, walk-in closet and a private water closet; the second bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and a walk-in closet; and the third bedroom has two single beds with a flat screen TV and walk-in closet. The second (full) bathroom is conveniently located outside the second and third bedroom.

There are 10 foot ceilings throughout the home. The kitchen has a large island with granite counters that seats six, dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator with an automatic ice/water dispenser, as well as a walk-in pantry. A high efficiency washer and dryer are available for your convenience, as well as a second refrigerator/freezer.

The four stall garage has a workout area with a recumbent bike, and there is a ping pong table for outside fun. The garage 'play area' opens to the backyard to connect the entertaining spaces.

A Traeger smoker/grill is available on the patio for your grilling pleasure, with full operation instructions, and a gas grill for a quick fix. There are fruit trees on the property and you can enjoy oranges and grapefruit when they’re ripe for picking!

The pool has a heater. There is no fence around the pool. We have lounge chairs, unbrellas and outdoor dining tables to add to the outdoor ambiance.
