Sunflower Vacation Rental

We welcome you to come stay in our cozy log cabin duplex. Located right on the Golf course, we have the best views in town. 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Close to town and our famous healing waters of the Pagosa Hot Springs Resort. Known for having the 'BEST' snow in Colorado, come stay where you can play all day and then come home to a warm and cozy house!!


Bring your furry friends and don't worry. We have a fully fenced yard that your dogs will love!

Great Stay
This is a great property. The rooms were nice, the kitchen well equipped for what we needed, the location was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We were so curious about the property as it was 11 years ago when we first rented the unit and it was as good if not better than we remembered. Nice property and owners very attentive. Thanks for giving us the chance to enjoy your rental.

Really nice place
We loved the house, yard, and location. Fun to watch the golfers and balloons each day. Pretty quiet street. All the good things others have said are true. The only issue we had was the owner told us on our check-in day (Wed) that he would be working on the roof on Fri. The only reason he even told us was because I emailed him about checking in a little early (which we were allowed to do). Fixing the roof went on for 6 hours. Cutting metal sheets occurred right outside the windows. Then, without letting us know he showed up to mow in the middle of the afternoon...again with no notice. We always start a load of laundry when we leave and wash the dishes, so the $25 (for each) threat wasn't necessary. Again, we loved the house, the price, the location, amenities, etc. I'm sure we were just the unlucky ones but still we would have liked a little better communication with the owner.

Great place
Love the property! Everything you need is there. We had three small dogs with us and a huge backyard with good fence was a big help. Enjoyed to play pool in the evenings. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to downtown, shoppings and restaurants. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.
