This one bedroom plus loft condo is a wonderful get-away for families! Making your favorite meals is a breeze in the fully stocked kitchen, then gather the entire family in the dining room to enjoy! The kitchen opens up into the spacious living room where all can comfortably cozy onto the couch to enjoy your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV and warm up by the gas fireplace. The couch pulls out into a queen sofa sleeper. Or, after a day of outdoor adventure, soak in the private in-condo hot tub. On the main level, you also will find a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is another bathroom with a shower on the main level. Make your way upstairs to the lofted bedroom with two queen-sized beds and a third bathroom on the lofted level. Outside, enjoy the Colorado sunshine on your private deck. December 2016 Stay

This was our second year to stay at Mountainside for our winter vacation at Granby Ranch. The price is reasonable and the loft unit layout worked well for our family. Unfortunately, this year we experienced several issues and had difficulty getting them resolved. Upon arrival, we inspected the unit and reported the light and fan in the master bedroom weren't working. Following that report, we advised that the exhaust fan in the hot tub room and the hair dryer weren't working either. None of these issues were corrected while we were there, nor were we given any kind of update or status. When I opened the dishwasher, there was broken glass, food particles, and chunks of pineapple in the bottom. When I took dishes from the cabinet to use, they were dirty. I ended up hand washing everything before we used it. The unit was dirty and I ended up cleaning it...it was definitely cleaner when we left than when we arrived. On the day before we left, our keys were turned off in error. Again, maintenance said they'd corre
