Super Cute 2BR/1BA Beach House with Awesome Location

What a great deal for a 2br, 1ba beach house on a quiet dead end road. Right in the heart of Panama City Beach, we are located next to Dirty Dick's Crab House off front Beach Rd. Coconut Creek maze/minigolf and Ripley's Believe It Or Not are right across the street and Wonderworks amusement is literally right behind this home. Also within a 5 min walk is Angelo's Steak Pit, amusement, arcades, and much more.

This is such a great family home with hardwood floors and tongue and groove ceilings throughout with a deck and grill for the after the beach cookouts. The house is very close to beach, could walk, but I would suggest a five minute drive to St Andrews State Park to explore the natural beauty of this area.

Wouldn't stay again.
The empty lot down the block was a garbage dump. Including old furniture and mattresses. We witnessed what we believed to be drug deals happening while we were walking the dog. The mattresses in the house were very old and uncomfortable. The house itself was very cute.

Perfect Location!
This was my first time visiting Panama City Beach. I had no clue of where anything was when I booked this house but I’m glad this house was in the location it was. I did not enjoy the hustle and bustle of Pier Park and the downtown. This house is quiet. It sits right beside an all you can eat Chinese buffet and Dirty Dick’s Crab House. It is within walking distance of Marco’s Pizza, Ripley’s and mini golf. What I most enjoyed was that it was only 6 miles from St. Andrew’s State Park. My favorite place in Panama City Beach! You can enjoy the jetty’s, tidal pool or go over the sand for the gulf! Bird watch, walk Gator Lake or one of the nature trails! It has it all! The owners are friendly and quick to respond. Very easy entry. It has a privacy fence which is great but I would suggest some repairs be made because the house allows pets which is one reason I chose it, but small pets can go through a couple places in the fence. It has a wooden deck with table and chairs and a grill. The laundry room was great. It was separate with a concrete floor. It was a great place for my pet when I was away. I bought a baby gate at Walmart and blocked her in with it in the laundry room. I am short and had a little trouble crawling into the bed in the master. Also I felt the mattress or maybe it was the bed topper was a little too soft. I felt like I sank into it and couldn’t get out. All in all, it was a great house and we had a great time. It had everything we needed. Thank you!
