Enjoy the spaciousness of this three-level Forest Ridge townhouse offering two living areas - one of which has a large flat screen TV. Be sure to enjoy the deck off the main living level or, on a rainy day, curl up by the wood burning fireplace. Whatever you choose this home will make a lovely get-away location.

Enter to the open concept kitchen, dining and living area with wood burning fireplace and flat-screen television. A half-bath is also on the entry level as well as the slider access to the back deck. Upstairs you will find the primary and second bedrooms each with a queen bed and private bath. The lowest level of the townhouse offers a second living area as well as a full bath and three bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has two sets of bunk beds, the second offers a set of bunk beds and a queen bed and the third has a set of full bunk beds.

Forest Ridge 18-5 is situated within a short walk to the Million Dollar Club House, with indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a deck over-looking a private pond. Loon Mountain is just a short drive away.

Site naturel et hébergement confortable
Très grande maison, un grand salon et une grande salle à manger. Très bien équipé pour cuisiner. A l’étage, deux grandes chambres avec lits queen et salles de bain privée. Au sous-sol, trois chambres avec un total de huit lits. Et une salle de bain commune. Une place où on retournerait.

A repair man switched a part to the system. For the most part that worked but not always.

We had a great time. If your looking for plenty of space, this is the one. Clean,comfortable beds. Kitchen had every thing you could need. Bring spices and condaments.I would recommend this unit. Great for large groups. Would stay again!!! Thank you, for letting us stay in your home. We will have great memories.

Forest ridge condo
Booking and communication was easy and good. Property was great, spacious and loved the location. Only issues were minor. Downstairs blinds/curtains were dusty. Upstairs bedroom on the left curtain/blind didn't cover window and light coming in early morning. Only provided 2 trash bags for replacement and paper towels were sparse. 1/3 roll on the counter, no extra roll or napkins - had to buy more especially since they were not very absorbent. Didn't even get the water on the counter until used SEVERAL. Just a few upgrades. Would have been nice to have hand soap pump in each bathroom. - small soaps provided but no soap holder, so they ended up on a countertop. Otherwise great place.
