Beautifully renovated and cozy one bedroom condo located on the 4th floor overlooking the quiet swimming pool, private tennis courts and picnic area with BBQ grill. Located just steps to the beach and a couple minute bike ride to shops, restaurants and entertainment.
This elegantly remodeled 1 bedroom(queen), 1 bath villa has a full kitchen, dining room, living room with travertine floors, sleeper sofa and private deck overlooking the pool, lagoons and landscaped grounds. New travertine tile floors throughout. This villa offers WI-FI, on-site pool and free tennis.

**Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 night minimum in the off season months**

Perfect for our needs
The unit was clean - not spick-and-span, but plenty clean for what I expect at the beach. There was plenty of space for us (a couple) and it felt cozy. Location was perfect. We were close to the rest of the family, who were staing at the Grand Ocean a stone's throw away. Amenities we used - pool and pickleball courts - were conveniently located and in good shape.

Internet password was incorrectly printed on the door. No curtains on living room patio door. Otherwise is was OK for us and grandchild. Walk to the beach was more like 12 minutes. Otherwise is was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay just a block from the beach. The pool was also nice and we rode bikes all over the island.

Weekend getaway
We arrived late. The office did a great job having our keys ready in the lockbox. We were confused by the map and it took us a bit to find the property. The location was great, we will definitely visit again.
