100% Satisfaction

  • 5 of 5

This House was exactly as advertised and more. We spent three nights and cooked every meal and the kitchen was not shy of one necessity. Loved the layout and never felt crowded. We really found this home to be incredible and so beautifully and tastefully decorated. If we had any issues at all it would be that the heater makes quite a bit of noise and a few of the downstairs quest were kept awake by this so they ended up turning the heater off at night. Overall -Very highly recommended

Excellent Cabin, lots of room!

  • 4 of 5

There were some cons about renting this cabin, but majority of them were pros.

We were informed the wrong lockbox code by the property management, so make sure you call in to find out the alternative codes

The living room fans don't have switches or anything to turn on. If you do heavy cooking, like bacon in the morning, make sure to open the back sliding door along with the front door.

The back stairway to the Hot Tub was extremely slippery, maybe a warning sign should be placed somewhere around there.

Very spacious

Living room was big and small enough to have everyone gather around and feel cozy

Kitchen was super spacious and nice

Rooms were comfortable

Property Management made sure we had a good stay

The driveway and road was slippery, and some of our cars that weren't 4x4 got stuck. Make sure you have chains. (The cabin provided a shovel and ice melt; which was very helpful)

Nice cabin, warm and cozy.

Great house for large group

  • 4 of 5

Loved the property, beautiful house, location, and fully stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. Had trouble with no entry to backyard from house, one toilet overflowing, water heater not sufficient enough for showers for whole group without a wait in between, and gas clocking noise on stove not going away without very sensitive touching, but those were the only glitches. Lake Tahoe is heaven, and this property made it all the more enjoyable.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review!! We agree, regarding the backyard access. The owner has considered installing stairs from the lower master bedroom deck to the yard, but has not been able to do so yet. It will be great when that does eventually come to fruition. Until then, I genuinely hope it wasn't too burdensome to enter from the front/side yard. Also, thank you for calling our office about the toilet and having us send our handyman out to snake it. We are always more than happy to do so. Regarding the clicking and the water heater. Those issues are in the process of being addressed. We have not heard of this before, so we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. The next time you return, everything will be perfect and then some!! We are so glad you had a lovely time. Enjoy the remainder of your summer.

Everything we needed

  • 5 of 5

The house was beautiful- clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved the large kitchen- it was well stocked with every appliance we needed. Our boys really enjoyed playing foosball and pingpong. We all enjoyed the large hot tub. It was also really convenient having a large fenced back yard for the dogs- one minor item to note is there is no entry to the yard from the back of the house. The property mgmt company was very helpful and accommodated our early check-in and last minute reservation. Overall we really loved this house and hope to come back.
