Stand Alone Cottage is located in a quiet, gated, rural area just minutes to the historic Sonoma Plaza and its lively dining, shopping and wine tasting rooms and a short drive to over 50 wineries. There’s a sense of coming home when you arrive this tranquil, sunny 2-acre shared property. The interior is tastefully furnished in a contemporary style, and has a friendly, open design. The living area has a large couch, comfortable leather reading chair, a large screen TV/DVD and a fireplace. The spacious bedroom features a king size bed with luxurious linens and en suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for assembling a quick snack or preparing a more elaborate meal. The private outdoor patio has a hot tub, BBQ & comfortable sitting area. The Petite Syrah Cottage, with its picturesque setting and intimate feel, is ideal for couples.

Total relaxation in Sonoma
We loved staying here! The home was super close to Sonoma Square and extremely well kept. The perfect home base for your stay in Sonoma. The hot tub was a lovely added bonus. The home was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was outfitted for cooking (if you're into that!). Communication with the host was easy and clear, and check-in and check-out were both easy and flexible. We would happily stay here again!

Great house that was super clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Arrived to lights on and a bottle of wine! Made access easy with instructions. Good WiFi for doing work for two of us too! Nicely furnished and bed super comforable. Hosts were lovely and helpful. Arranged a great wine tasting for us! Great wine and area knowledge and super accommodating. Definitely a place we’d love to return!

Why they chose this property

The Wine Country has a lot to offer but when it comes to where we wanted to buy the decision was easy, Sonoma Valley is the best. Hands down!

What makes this property unique

One of the best benefits of the rental is it's size. It's larger then most 1 bedroom houses out there. It's 1,000 sq feet, in addition it has a private patio and Hot Tub right off the Master Bedroom. The location is also a plus, only 2.6 miles to the Downtown Historic Sonoma Plaza and 5 minutes to the wineries.
