If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.

Sunny days, beautiful sunsets, scenic walks on Sugar Beach - welcome to our Maui home! Our remodeled, open kitchen condo has all the amenities you need for your stay, for a few days or a few weeks. Cross the street to the Farmers Market for fresh local food and enjoy the new Sugar Beach Bakery. Just 20 minutes from the Kahului airport, our condo is centrally located to all island destinations: Lahaina, Wailea, Big Beach, Haleakala, Hana and upcountry. Relax and enjoy your private lanai with an unobstructed view of Maalaea Bay, or find the perfect spot for your lounge chair on the grass just steps from the beach. You have found the perfect vacation paradise!

Kihei Beach is a moderately sized six story beachfront property located in North Kihei. It offers sweeping views of Kahoolawe, Molokini and the dazzling Pacific Ocean and a friendly casual atmosphere. Fronting the property is Sugar Beach, well known for it’s romantic sunsets, great swimming, miles of unspoiled strolling beach and seasonal whale watching.

KBR is the best
This is our third time staying in this complex. Nothing fancy, just the best views of the ocean and the beach 20 seconds away. This unit was really nice and having 2 bathrooms was terrific.

A wonderful getaway!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Kihei, Maui. This condo was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a wonderful week in Maui. The ocean/beach front view is priceless and we loved the easy access to the beach. Yes, we heard the chickens, but the sound of the waves were better so we had no complaints. This condo has everything you need for an awesome time in Maui. Highly recommend.

Wonderful overall!
Loved being right on the beach and the awesome views. Great central location for activities in Kihei, Lahaina or Upcountry. Only downside of location is the wild chickens across the street that begin crowing at 5:00 a.m.! Since bedroom window Is on street side, the sound of traffic. and chickens were fairly sleep disrupting. (Hence, the 4 star rating on location.) A double pane window would be terrific! Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Would have been helpful to know weeks in advance (or in condo description) that entry doors have keyless combination locks and that code is texted to you upon flight arrival. We thought we would be meeting someone to get keys.

Wonderful Place for Our Vacation
We felt this was the perfect place for us! It has a gorgeous view of the ocean! Very quick access to the beach and a well kept, quiet property -- very relaxing! We enjoyed the farmer's market across the street and the location on the island was great. We would highly recommend Kihei Beach!
