COME AND ENJOY our wonderful mountain retreat at the top of the Grand Sierra Lodge!! You'll love this 2 bedroom, 3 bath unit in the heart of the Village, with its larger floor plan and extra bath. Conveniently located next to the Village gondola, you'll be just a few steps from access to one of the best ski mountains in the West. Or be right in the middle of all the summer activity the Village offers, from hiking, biking and horseback riding to free outdoor movies, concerts and more. This unit features a comfortable king bed in the master, queen in the second bedroom and extra sleeping on the living room pull out sofa. You'll also enjoy sitting around the cozy fireplace, or just relaxing at the end of the day in the jacuzzi or settling in with your favorite movie. The unit also offers a full kitchen with granite counters and separate dining area. Really enjoyed out stay. Owner was quick to answer questions and had clear checkin I instructions. Property was great. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family visiting mammoth for sking.

Be Aware!! Go Elsewhere!
The unit was listed as "Penthouse". It was a basic unit with outdated furniture. But the most important reason why you should avoid this rental is because the owner of the property listed will attempt to fraudulently charge you more money for damages that did not occur during you stay. This happened to us. We stayed there for three nights, and were charged an extra 996.12 (almost $1000 extra) for damage that did not occur during our stay there. Our advice to you is to videotape the whole unit upon entry, and to do the same before you depart. This will prevent Teresa Clark from scamming you and others.
