Newly installed central air conditioning units allows you to set the desired temperature in each area of the penthouse to your own personal comfort level. This amenity is only available in the penthouse unit.

This tastefully furnished, top floor/corner unit penthouse with 3 floor to ceiling glass walls gives the feeling of being suspended over the ocean! Completely redecorated with a new comfortable California king bed in the master suite, and two stylish twins in the second bedroom. Both have their own private newly updated and remodeled bathrooms.

Completely redsigned and updated kitchen boast granite counter tops. Recently installed Viking appliances make cooking

a pleasure while enjoying ocean views.

We designed the penthouse with warm tropical colors, granite, original artwork, rare koa wood and one of a kind hand carved furniture. As this is our second home, you will find more than the normal amenities to make your vacation extremely comfortable.

Steps away you will find one of Maui's undeveloped three-mile beaches perfect for strolling, bird watching, shell collecting, snorkeling, and all water sports.

We came to celebrate our 25th anniversary and had our best ever time on Maui. The non-stop whale

watching from the lanai kept us riveted! My only complaint is that I only had time to read one book-couldn't take my eyes off the bay long enought to read.

We felt comfortable and private and the non-stop breezes meant the lanai was a perfect cool place to relax after revisiting all our favorite places.

love love love this unit!

Have been renting units in Maui for the past 15 years and this is the only unit I will stay in. Just returned for the 3rd year and looking forward to coming again next year. The owners are very easy to work with and the personal attention they provide make your stay perfect! This unit is "over-the- top" in comfort and décor. You will want for nothing. The best part--the lanai. Hard to leave as the lanai swivel rockers are so comfortable and the view amazing. Please, don't ever change them. Just sitting and enjoying all the boats cruise in and out of the harbor. So interesting, fun and always something different to watch, like I said, "The best part". The little private beach in front was perfect, didn't have to drive, just walk out the door.

Loved sleeping to the soft sounds of the palm trees and waves. Very relaxing and quiet. Looking forward to my next stay.

As advertised, very comfortable, great central base for Maui, awesome view from the balcony

Me and my family stayed in this lovely Condo between end of April to the first week of May

We came at a perfect time as it only rained (lightly) on the five days we were there

This condo is big and can fit a family of 4, 5 or even 6 and has all the amenities you need, it really felt like a home away from home as we were really comfortable staying there (and would definitely stay here again when we go back to Maui!) The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, a big modern fridge with a kitchen that is fully functional including a dishwasher as well as an induction stove - so we pretty much prepared all our meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) to save money and had nice family breakfasts and lunches on the Lanai overlooking the awesome view of Maalaea Harbor and Ocean! (believe you can see Molokini Crater as well in the distance)

This condo is the perfect home base as I mentioned as Maalaea Harbor is in the Center of Maui and from this condo/location (you will need a car to get around Maui) we got to explore Kaanapali Beach to the West where we got to do some snorkelling for free and saw plenty of tropical fish close to shore, to the South of Kihei, to Haleakala Crater and witnessed the sunrise over the clouds (must do), to the town of Paia, to Twin Falls and road to Hana

I highly recommend this condo, there is central airconditioning where each room has its own airconditioning, each room has its own cable tv so the kids and I didn't have to fight for the cable and what to watch, as well as two clean and nicely tiled showers (one for the Adults and one for the kids) even has equipment you need for your adventure such as Eskis which we used to pack our drinks and lunch when we did our driving adventures in Maui

Also a special thanks to Digger who maintains this condo, nice man who drove us to the shopping centre on our first night there (as it is a 15 min drive) so that we can get our groceries for the 5 days we were there and also drove us to Kihei to pick up our rental Mustang - if you can rent a mustang while you are here and you will know what I mean when you drive on Hana Road with top down chasing waterfalls! Epic adventure!

Big thanks to the host - Susan, who is very tentative to your needs, responds quickly to emails and questions as well as ensures you have a pleasurable stay in Maui! Mahalo Susan!

Awesome Maui Headquarters

With all of the positive reviews for the property thus far, it's hard to think of something additional to say. The condo is clean and is well stocked with everything that you may need and everything else that you didn't know you even needed. The decor and furniture makes the condo cozy and comfy. The central location makes it easy to get to Wailea and Lahaina if you are unable to choose between the two (although because of traffic, some days it was easier to get to Wailea). There are some great food options available within walking distance and the pool is a great place to relax. The property owner was super responsive and was a pleasure to work with. And the lanai... oh the lanai. It is wonderful. The view is exquisite and it is so relaxing. You'll find that you'll spend most of your time there, from drinking your cup of morning coffee while watching the boats and planes come in and out, to drinking a glass of wine while looking at the stars to end your day.

Speaking of boats, as some reviews have mentioned, the condo overlooks the harbor. One of the advantages is that you'll be able to watch the activities there. Another advantage is that if you have a boat tour leaving out of the harbor, it is literally steps away. You won't have to worry about parking or traffic. The only downside is that there seems to be one boat that makes announcements over a loudspeaker in the morning. The marina doesn't have much activity in the nighttime. In general, you'll probably be already up or about to get up when the announcements happen as we found that our life on the island was early to bed, early to rise (and it seemed that way for a lot of other people we saw and based on a lot of businesses' hours of operations). You may also be able to hear planes passing by overhead. If this is a big problem, you have many options. One is to put lighter sleepers in the second bedroom (instead of the master) as that room is very quiet. Another is to run the air conditioner in your room to create white noise or bring ear plugs. The last is that you'll have so much fun during the day, the condo's location is quiet (no loud parties while we were there!) and you will have had a few Mai Tais so you don't really care.

In any case, at the end of the day, the lanai is worth it.

Owner's Response: I am so pleased that you feel the same about the lanai as I do. There are several guests who return year after year just to enjoy it! Even booking two years in advance. FYI: The airplane paths has been changed closer to Kihei with visual approach which is the majority of the time. All boat announcements are to be made outside the entrance of the harbor and have been reminded of this. The week you stayed between Christmas and New Years is the busiest of the year. Enjoyed spending time getting to know you at the pool and am so pleased that you are staying with us again in 2019! Sincere Aloha
