Lovely family neighborhood. Around the corner from the famous and beautiful Island Beach State Park. Great for bird watching, and bike riding kayaking, boating,jet skiing...etc... Home is conveniently located in walking distance to beach, bay and delicious restaurants.. Some of the best restaurants on the Island are located up the street and within walking distance as well. No parking problems. Home has Beautiful 2 brand new kitchens with stone counter tops, 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, sun porch, 2 living rooms, dining room, 2 E.I. Kitchens2 family rooms, 2 laundry rooms with washer and dryer, central air, yard with hot outside shower, and BBQ with table and chairs. Beautifully located to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets on the Barnegat Bay from the house. Family friendly Boardwalk has the best food on the East Coast of Jersey Shore. Great option for thrills for the kids. Far enough to be peaceful during the day, and close enough for a short ride at night. Families with young children can enjoy the excitement and thrill of the amusement parks, just a short ride away. Walking distances to delicious restaurants, bake shops, and sub shops. Bring your bikes!!! Great riding area, no traffic.

This is a six bedroom home that has the ability to lock off one floor for the Month of May and part of June only. The amenities are exactly the same on each floor but it will only be rented to one guest at a time. You will not be sharing the home with another traveler. If you would like to rent the whole house which is a 6 bedroom, the price is as is, however if you want only one floor in the month of May or June only, it would be half of the cost. Small pets are welcome for a small pet fee. for the week.

Wonderful house in Seaside Park
We had a great stay in Lee Ann’s house in Seaside Park last week! We were a large family group consisting of all ages from 4 to 70+. We rented both floors for 8 days. The house was big, nice and clean. Plenty of room for many to sleep, enough bathrooms and large kitchen and dining areas. Well-equipped kitchen. Pleasantly situated on a quiet street. Beautiful view of the bay and sunset from the front deck. The walk to the ocean side beach was only a few minutes and the beach was great! Our host responded quickly and was very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay there again! Thank you, Lee Ann!

End of summer family getaway!
The moment we drove up to this beautiful home on a very quiet street in Seaside Park we knew we had made the right decision to stay here; and walking in confirmed our first impressions - a spacious house with gorgeous interior design, and plenty of natural light. So clean and spotless, so many rooms all tastefully decorated - it was just right for our multi-generational family getaway. We found it very accommodating, with all the comforts of home. We were a stone’s throw from the bay and a short couple blocks’ walk to the beach- walks I enjoyed with my 7-year old nieces, who by the way wanted to stay longer!! The front porches afforded us outdoor relaxation with a great view of the bay; we had many bedrooms (6) with ample choices of beds and enough bathrooms (4) to accommodate our family mix. Having a fully equipped kitchen on both floors is so convenient too. We enjoyed the choice of rooms for relaxing - all together as a family, or separately if/when in need of some quiet time. It was a pleasure to work with Lee Ann and Alan, guiding me through check in and check out and being very responsive throughout our stay. What a joy! Thanks for helping to make our vacation a memorable one!!

Large and spotless house in a wonderful location
Upon first entering the house (we rented both floors), we noticed how clean it was. The six bedrooms contain a large number of beds in different combinations of queens, twin and twin/double bunkbeds, plus the king master, so it was very easy to comfortably find space for and accommodate our family group of 14. The house could sleep a considerably larger group if needed. Because the combination kitchen/living area on the 2nd floor was larger than the same on the 1st floor, we made that our primary living/cooking area, but there are several smaller non-bedroom living areas on the first floor where different groups could gather to watch a movie, play cards, or read. We really enjoyed the versatility of the living spaces and it made it easy to accommodate everybody's interests all at the same time. The 2nd floor balcony off the living area was our favorite place to gather to watch the sun set over the bay and listen to our resident ukelele player and singer (aka, my niece's boyfriend). We also enjoyed having four bathrooms, not including the outdoor shower to wash off after the beach, to accommodate a large group. The location of the house just north of Island Beach State Park is a very pleasant, quiet family area within walking of distance of restaurants, which we took advantage of. Lee Ann was always quickly responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. Check-in/check-out was a cinch. It was a wonderful vacation!
