Renovated by an Architect/Design team to the highest standards, you will enjoy many extra amenities not found in most apartments. A fully equipped, modern KOSHER KITCHEN with dairy, meat and pareve. The German Colony is surrounded by trees, gardens, and little parks. It boasts some of the most beautiful residences in Jerusalem, many dating back to the Ottoman period. This apartment is walking distance to hotels and Synagogues, and a 25 minute walk to The Old City/ Kotel.

* PASSOVER KASHERING fee- $350 US is due in Israel 2 weeks BEFORE arrival date.
*Departure Cleaning Fee"- $150 US CASH or shekel equivalent, is due 2 days before departure date.
*Property Manager will compute the electric usage via the "electric meter" reading.
*Property must be cleaned weekly, while tenant is occupying the apartment. Tenant pays for weekly cleaning.
Weekly cleaning will be arranged by the Property Manager.
* Electric Fee- paid to owner by Pay Pal or check.

50% of the rental fee is due on signing the rental agreement. 50% of rental balance is due 30 days BEFORE arrival date. Payment methods: Pay Pal or check. Additional fees: $1000 US "Refundable Security Deposit" CHECK is due on arrival. $150 US or 600 shekels cash "Departure Cleaning Fee" is due 2 days before departure date.
"Electric fee" to be paid to owner via Pay Pal or check.
