Just a few blocks from trendy Emek Refaim Street and The First Station, you will find eclectic café's, up scale eateries, artisan boutiques, food markets, Health food stores, gym, pool, Indie cinema, cultural sites, book stores, and many shops. Renovated by an Architect/Design team to the highest standards, you will find amenities not found in most apartments. You will enjoy cooking in the modern, fully equipped KOSHER KITCHEN. The lovely German Colony is surrounded by trees, gardens, and small parks. It boasts some of the most beautiful residences in Jerusalem, many dating back to the Ottoman period. This apartment is also walking distance to hotels, Synagogues, and a 25 minute walk to The Old City/ Kotel.

You will love the large entrance foyer, full of light w/ a wonderful view of one Jerusalem's rare, open Green space's.
