Obviously we feel like the view is by far this little slice of Heaven's best attribute. We never tire of sitting on the deck with our morning coffee gazing at the ocean or enjoying the late afternoon watching the golfers play and the tide turn. The gentle ocean breezes keeps the temperatures comfortable as well as those pesky bugs and mosquitoes away! Even after the sun goes down if you don't happen to be here when the moon is full and bright you are treated with a sky that has no equal. It looks like God has ground up a bunch of diamonds and scattered them across the horizon. It is not uncommon to see great displays of shooting stars, so have your wishes ready!

Our home is located on a quite culdesac just steps away from the Ocean Point Pool, Ocean Point Grill, which is open for breakfast and lunch, as well as the Ocean Point Golf Links, where you can enjoy the putting green, driving range or 18 holes of quite simply the best golf course around.

If you are one of the lucky ones who have discovered this listing and reserve the house with the best view on the island we think you will be pleased that Fripp Island offers the convenience of a full service resort with accommodations, services, and amenities guest have come to expect and appreciate.

Our home has a casual tropical feel that is family friendly and is sure to leave you feeling relaxed and comfortable. This is the ideal place for a family vacation, a golf getaway, or a tennis team outing.

We can recommend several options of places to rent bikes, mopeds, and even kayaks, if you don't wish to bring your own and they will be waiting for you in the driveway when you arrive, with a simple phone call by you.

Also amenity cards are required to access any pool, restaurant or activity such as golf or tennis. Amenity cards are available at a cost of $50 each during all seasons except winter when the are $35.00 each. The resort requires that all guest over the age of twelve (12) have an amenity card. Only member of the Fripp Island Club have access to provide these amenity cards. So keep that in mind as you are making your choice for where to stay at Fripp.

Million Dollar View
Second time staying here and loved it again! The view is amazing, the kitchen is well stocked and bedrooms accommodate a family well. We had an issue with a leak, but the owners were responsive and acknowledged the inconvenience. We will def stay there again!

Beautiful Fripp Home and Location!
We just returned from a beautiful week at Fripp, staying at $1,000,000 View home. I have been coming to Fripp over the past 47 years and staying at various locations on the Island. This year we all absolutely loved this home. The home was very clean, the beds were the best, the home had everything we needed for a perfect stay and the view was perfect at all times of the day. Sherry was so receptive and she made our stay perfect. We look forward to coming back to this home in the future.

Wonderful View, Great Location on Fripp and Plenty of Breeze
We have stayed all over Fripp Island over the past 10+ years and this house has a very special view that our family enjoyed all week. The back porch uniquely overlooks a pond, the 9th green and fairway and the ocean. Moving air was constant during our stay which kept biting insects away which is important at Fripp Island. We enjoyed watching the golfers chip to the green from the fairway and try to make a put. We also enjoyed the wildlife that makes Fripp a special place to visit. The beds throughout the house are incredibly comfortable. We slept as good at this house as we do at home. This house also comes with a 4 person gas golf cart that was fun to use around the island. We have stayed in homes where the included cart was in poor shape and ran slow. The cart at 313 Ocean Point was very nice and exceeded our expectations because of our past history with included carts at other Fripp Houses. Getting to the beach at low tied is a short walk by the Ocean Point Pool. At high tied, it was easy to take the cart to many of the Fripp Island access points. We enjoyed all that Fripp had to offer including the pools, restaurants, shops and riding the golf cart throughout the day to every stop. Sherry was responsive at every step our stay. She is a professional host that will make your visit to a Fripp a great one.
