Located within the award winning new urbanist community of Southern Village, our home is just footsteps away from fine dining and shopping venues on Market Street, the new Southern Village park and minutes away from UNC and the RTP, interstate I-40, and the Raleigh-Durham International Airport, your portal to major destinations around the world.

With a park and ride bus lot located in the development, there is no need to drive to down town Chapel Hill for your sporting event or graduation.

Great time for Chapel Hill Activities
Absolutely love the place, location, and neighborhood. The house is well organized for groups of people or for couples and is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We had 3 people staying there for a wedding at the Carolina Inn and parties at the local bars and restaurants. Everything was easily accessible with Uber and there were no issues getting around town. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home!

Another wonderful visit
This is the 3rd year we have have spent Christmas in this charming, well-appointed home. We always enjoy the comfortably spaces, perfect location and many amenities — the new kitchen renovation was an unexpected bonus!
