Today, you still feel the connection with history in this picturesque village without giving up any of your modern conveniences. In these days of luxurious duvets and cafés, cultural and artistic activities, and excellent restaurants, the village of Mont-Tremblant is also close to the ski resorts and the region's main attractions.

A lively downtown - with lots of attractions

In the downtown area, there are numerous stores and services serving the greater Mont-Tremblant region, yet it remains an enjoyable place to come and relax. In fact, this hub of activity has not lost any of its old world charm, as can be seen by the heritage buildings. It is also an ideal place to discover one's roots at the many cultural and artistic events that take place throughout the year.

About The Owner

I am a corporate attorney with 30 years experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, across a breadth of industries from traditional to technology sectors. My career is leading me along a different path such that I am now travelling significantly and therefore it makes sense for our mountain home to now be available for rental.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 1994

Why The Owner chose Village Pietonnier

Mont-Tremblant is one of the top three mountains in the North-East and the best resort location in the North-East. It is located a mere 90 minutes from our city base of Montreal, Quebec. The number of activities is limitless, with the mountain being our backyard and the lake being a mere 10 minutes walk away. Lake Tremblant itself is a beautiful 10km long lake which is great for sailing (no circular winds) and all types of watersports. There is just so much to do, so much to pull you outdoors...

What makes this townhome unique

Our home is close enough to the base of the mountain so that one can be in the middle of the bustling activity within a 5 minute walk. IOnce you arrive at our mountain home, there is virtually no need to use the car until you leave. Children can easily find their way around. Our place has a westerly exposure and therefore benefits from the most beautiful sunsets and has one of the best views of the Lake-0Tremblant and of the Tremblant village. One can simply lay by the panoramic window and never grow tired of this most beautiful view.

Beautiful property

  • 5 of 5

This house was wonderful, we enjoyed the location and the beautiful view. The house is well stocked and plenty of space. Ralph ( owner) responded to our question promptly. Ski in and out was great and just a short walk to the village. Thanks Ralph!

Great slopeside location

  • 5 of 5

Writing this review a year late. I thought I should though. Loved this place and the location. The loft was a great place for the kids to hang out. Lots of bedroom space. Two minute walk to ski out - beats trying to get into P1, P2 or VIP. 5 minute walk to village. Absolutely would love to rent here again one day. Downsides - Tremblant gets really busy on the designated weekend that we go every year (Family Day/Presidents Day long weekend) - but then that's why you want to stay slopeside! Also, seems like a fight to park in front of the unit, as on a couple of occasions there were neighbouring units that were parked in the designated locations for this unit. But that has nothing to do with the unit and the owner. Great place.

Cozy home near the mountain

  • 4 of 5

Enjoyed our stay at Mont Tremblant. The home is warm and cozy and provided plenty of space for two families. It is near the mountain and a shuttle will pick you up at the bottom of the driveway (so not in front of the house, a touch of a walk), or it is ski in ski out but a hike up a hill behind the home. We ended up driving to the base and parking in order to get our youngest to daycare as she does not yet ski, which worked fine.

The property is clean but very full - there is a lot of stuff. Would have appreciated information on how to use the electronics (there are a ton in the game room), recommended restaurants, how to get to ski on/ski off or when the shuttle comes, etc. We also had issues with the alarm randomly chirping and going off, but figured it out by calling check in.

Would recommend overall. Lovely mountain, nice place to stay, lots of room.

Tremendous views and excellent accomodations.

  • 5 of 5

Stayed for a long ski weekend with a couple of families. A little climb for ski in / ski out but fairly easy. Great views of lake and resort. Owners were very easy to work with. The 4 floors of condo had everything we needed to cook, relax, have group time, or retreat for private time. If we go back to Tremblant, would stay there again.

Our home is located in the Domaine de la Foret - Le Boisé - Le Sommet project (you can locate it on various maps and the address specifically is 158-1 chemin de la Foret Mont Tremblant.

There is a shuttle to the slopes and the ski trail comes back directly behind the house.

Ski-out is a 50 yard walk up a short incline right behind the house and you will be on the “Chalumeau” trail where you put on your skis and ski to the lift of the “Porte du Soleil” chairlift (refer to a trail map and you will see it on the right side of the South side of the mountain).

Ski-back is done by taking the “DeSerres” and “Chalumeau” trails.

And finally, there is also a shuttle to the slopes and the shuttle stop is a one minute walk down the drive way at the Le Boisé stop. The shuttle passes at fixed times so you can just get the schedule at the stop and plan your departures accordingly. The shuttle takes you to and back from the slopes in 3 minutes.
