Holidays
We enjoyed our stay in the Naples area! Beautiful village with many excellent restaurants and wineries. The property was clean and easily assembled. The property was decorative with beautiful antiques. Recommendations: new couch for sure and need places for 6 people to sit and enjoy. Cluttered with to many other furniture pieces and decorative decore.

Beautiful and relaxing property!!!
The outdoor spaces are amazing... lots of land to explore and so pretty! Ponds, grape vines, rolling hills, wildflowers. Also an incredible patio with picnic table, adirondack chairs, and firepit! Inside space is cozy. Only suggestions i have would be updated mattresses and a light source out on the patio for security at night.

Wonderful place
We absolutely loved this place and highly recommend! We had lots of land and four ponds. We would walk around and enjoy the scenery. The house itself was amazing and just what we were looking for! Spacious and clean. There are plenty of appliances and items for cooking. They had seasonings etc. We cooked dinner there a few nights and had everything we needed to make our dinner. The owner was very good about getting back with us when we had questions. It is amazing. About 20 minutes from Canandaigua Lake, close to Wegmans and Walmart and other stores. I would highly recommend this place

Cozy Spot near Lake Canandaigua
The expansive outdoor portion of the property, especially the back patio with the fire pit, makes this a 5-star stay. The actual house is clean and cozy, though well-lived in. The main bedroom is nice, but the pull-out couch is worn out. This is a good spot for a couple, or a couple with kids who can sleep in the twin bunk beds. The bathrooms are nice and clean, and the kitchen has al the amenities you could hope for, and then some (we loved the coffee selection!). Overall, a nice place to stay, especially during warmer months when you can enjoy the outside.

This property was purchased and built by my brother, Jim. He was a great builder put a lot of love into the development of the whole property. He loved to share it with others. The property is in trust for his son. We are the caretakers of his legacy.

Why they chose this property

Jim chose this property because it was in the country yet not too far from the stores, etc. There are 20 acres to roam and even a vineyard on the property.

What makes this property unique

This place is special. There is a peaceful feeling about the property. It is a place where one can truly relax.
