SUMMER: Air Conditioning...YES, AIR CONDITIONING! Very few rental homes in Sunriver have it - and you'll say it's worth every penny. Central Air on those warmer than warm Sunriver days - you won't feel like you are in a sauna. It's like the Lava River Caves...cool.

DESIREABLE LOCATION! You're in the quiet Deer Park neighborhood (near Circle 11) but off the main roads and pathways. Relax next to a bike path spur, it's almost like having your own private path to the main trails. Deer frequently wander through the neighborhood, so have your camera ready! Easy access in/out of Sunriver via Cottonwood Drive. Quiet north store just .25 miles away. Spend days on our second-story deck nestled high in the trees - enjoy the fresh pine scents and all that Sunriver has to offer.

Satellite/Smart TV with HBO for the upstairs TV's. (Streaming service credentials needed for Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, etc access)

The house was perfect for our family of 6. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the location is ideal for a stroll to the village or swimming. Mark is a great communicator and answered any questions we had within just a few minutes.

We realized when we got to the house that we had stayed there several years ago, surprise, bought back good memories.We like that the split level allows for separate family sleeping areas with kids.

Well stocked house!
This is a great house! It is super well stocked with everything you could need, including kitchen essentials, bathroom, essentials, towels, bedding, lightbulbs, bikes, etc.! communication with the host is amazing, quick and super nice. The kitchen is a little tight and the location is a bit far north for us, we usually like to be a bit closer to the sharc and village. But it's really close to the North grocery store, which was really nice. Overall, super comfortable house!

Great family getaway
My family with three young kids along with my parents stayed between Christmas and New Years. The house was the perfect size for our group and the neighborhood amenities (pool, sledding hills) were enjoyed by all. The owner was friendly and quick to respond when we had a question during our stay. Great trip overall!

We knew we were hooked when we took our first breath of fresh Sunriver mountain air back in 1999. We are outdoor enthusiasts: we bike, hike, ski, swim, float, and play. Having a place in Sunriver gives us peace of mind knowing we have a place in the world where our cares and worries melt away with the sound of the breeze through the pine trees.
