About this property

Beautiful Vineyard Farmhouse

This home was built in 1927 by my Great Grandparents. Its old fashion charm and beautiful views of the pond and vineyards make this home ready for you to relax. Picnic under the shade of the walnut trees and watch the wildlife in the pond.
You will be staying on a working vineyard and winery, so there is much to experience throughout the year.

We are happy to have you come spend some time on our ranch!

Wonderful rustic place, beautiful vineyard setting.
This house was almost exactly what was posted. It was a beautiful, well kept house, very classic in many ways. The vineyard was beautiful and the hosts were very nice and accommodating.

Great in every way
Came up with my 9yo daughter, 10yo son and wife. We enjoyed everything about this property. We loved the old house and it’s decorated perfectly. AC worked great and was needed in the middle of the day. Fish fish and more fish. My son spent almost every minute while we were at the property fishing and caught and released over 20 large mouth bass. My daughter caught the two biggest of the week at almost 5lbs each. We also drive to Ft Bragg which is a little over an hour away. The wine was great and we will be back as soon as we can.

I am a mother of four, married for twenty five years. My favorite hobby is gardening. I grew up on the ranch, working alongside my family.

Why they chose this property

This house has been in my family since it was built in 1927. It is one of the original homes in Calpella. The barn on the property is a walk in the past of how the original vineyards were cared for, with horse and plows. My grandfather's work station is just how he left it. We love to share the memories.

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy the view of the pond and vineyards surrounding the home. You will also enjoy staying in this original farmhouse with its authentic furnishings, claw foot bath tub, and walk in pantry. You can sit and relax under the shade of the walnut trees, go fishing or join in as we care for the vineyards and make our wine!
