The ERICKSON NORRIS LAKEFRONT HOME is located in Deerfield Resort on Norris Lake and is is a stunning, cedar and glass, 5800 sq. ft., on a full acre with private boat dock, wrap around decks and inspiring panoramic views. This beautifully furnished vacation rental home is decorated with original art throughout, offers magnificent views of Norris Lake from every room including the master bath. Whitetail deer are often seen enjoying the land around the home. We added $100,000 in upgrades in the spring of 2016.

The large view windows are special energy efficient double pane glass that resists heat and sun while letting in the spectacular lake view. This was part of our extensive Spring of 2010 major renovation to the entire home inside and out. We have also just finished another large update and renovation in the spring of 2016. (see our pics) The home has two large complete kitchens both with new refrigerators, two dining rooms, two comfortable living rooms each with their own large screen HDTVs. The lower living area has a regulation pool table which guests really enjoy. The privacy of having two separate living rooms allows more choices for our vacationers.

Deerfield Resort is a gated community with a wonderful golf course, tennis, swimming pool and other activities. 900 acres of beautiful walking to enjoy spectacular views. There is something for everyone. We have one King bedroom with double sink Jacuzzi bath (and beautiful lake view). There are 4 queen bedrooms (two with private bathrooms) There is a full sized open bedroom on the balcony over the living room which has 2 twin futons and a privacy curtain. Full closet, night stand, dresser ,etc. We chose to have this room open to the two story lake view from down in the living room. There is another twin futon located in an open alcove on the top floor. There are also two adult accommodating European style futons in the lower main room, and four full baths and 2 guest bathrooms.

The ERICKSON HOME is perfect for families and friends in so many ways. We built this custom home in 1992 and thought of every feature possible for our vacationer to enjoy (as well as for us to enjoy with our family) There are two stories of wraparound Lakeview decks, nicely furnished with durable deck furniture and a gas barbecue. Since the home is out on a point and full acre of land, the view are simply spectacular. There is a boat launch area in the resort and several docks where you can rent boats.
