Palm Springs getaway review
The house was very clean and comfortable with an easy checkin and wifi access. The backyard was an oasis. We ate grapefruit from the tree every day.

The location is great. Very quiet neighborhood, but at times there are a lot of sirens. It’s a nice walk to downtown. We liked that the tennis courts were nearby. The host was wonderful to communicate with and had a beautiful package of treats awaiting us. The kitchen is well stocked as we cooked a lot, although a lot of plates were chipped. The house does need to be updated as the flooring is cracked. The king bed was comfortable, although the rest weren’t. The pool is very old, but we got lots of use of it. Don’t expect shampoo and conditioner or bar soap, although there were some items guests left behind. You’ll also need to get coffee, but there’s even a bean grinder and espresso maker. All in, we had a wonderful time because we were with family.

Property is run down and needs total refresh. Ensuite is dangerous for seniors and children.
Zero curb appeal, backyard,pool private but maintenance is minimal . Had to call Property Manager who responded right away.Location is just outside walking distance to town. Would not rent again. Could not figure out the above ratings.

Great views, pool and yard!
I stayed here with my wife and kids in January 2023. It was the perfect base from which to explore Palm Springs and the surrounding area. Very quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful views of the mountains all around. Multiple fruit trees with lemons, grapefruit that were delicious. The house itself is spacious with comfortable beds, lots of towels/linens. Some of the furniture is a bit older but everything was in great shape! Heated pool and spa were excellent additions. The kids loved lounging in them after being out hiking and walking around. The house is only a few minutes driving to the Palm Springs nightlife. Lots of hikes are only a short drive from here. Airport is nearby. Would recommend for anyone traveling with kids!

Great location
House is in a great spot, no more than 15 minutes to multiple golf courses. Back yard pool and hot tub area to die for
