This beautiful furnished home is located in a quite neighborhood with mature trees in Ranchlands, NW, Calgary. The home is a four level split and 1852 square feet/ 172.10 aq M. You are within a short walking distance to the Crowfood Crossing Shopping Centre (Calgary's largest outdoor mall) featuring numerous restaurants, coffee shops, two major grocery stores and entertainment. Also, within short walking distance is the Crowfoot LRT station that takes you to U of C, SAIT, McMahon Stadium, downtown area for great shopping and restaurants and to the famous Stampede grounds. No need for a car when you rent this home.

The house is fully furnished and stocked with good quality new linens and towels. Four queen beds. Large new deck, foose ball, plenty of parking and yard backs onto park. There is also a large kitchen and eating area, large dining room, large living room and family room. Master suite has own bathroom with shower.
