Beautiful apartment in a private residence with full capacity for 6 people with pool, palapa and 24-hour surveillance.
Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one full sofa bed in living room area.
From our terrace you can appreciate the pool and garden area.

Located one block from Coco Bay Beach and its famous Carnival Royal Beach club. The famous 5th Avenue is 2 blocks away and convenience stores, bars, restaurants and nightclubs are just a few steps away.
Rates are for 4 people : one large bed and two small beds.
Any additional guest and extra bed will be charged 15 dollars per person / day.

Our Stay
We loved our stay in Playa! The apartment is in a perfect location. We walked to many fabulous restaurants and taxied to nearby beaches. Laura was an amazing host. She me us at the apartment to greet us, and was a huge help with our trip. She set us up with a ride from airport, recommended restaurants and was a great source of information.

Amazing spot!
Our stay at this condo was amazing. The location is quiet, yet close to everything. A very quick walk to the beach and also to the quieter end of 5th Avenue. Tons of great restaurants close by as well as groceries when needed. Condo is clean and spacious with everything we needed. Balcony overlooking pool was our favorite spot to hang out. Pool area and palapa were lovely, grounds were immaculate. Most of the time it felt we had the whole area to ourselves. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Gated security was nice to have, but we always felt safe in the area. Laura was kind and helpful. Such a perfect spot. Highly recommend this oasis!

Très bien situé, 3 min de la plage et de la 5e, calme et très famille. Mes enfants ont adoré la piscine! Laura est super réative et répond à tous vos besoins rapidement. Bonne location, rien à redire.

Great location and condo
We had a comfortable stay here and enjoyed ourselves. Location was great, close to the beach and 5th Avenue, easy to walk around. Security was excellent and we always felt safe. Pool was clean and the area was quiet. Lovely terrace with view of pool. Laura was a great help.
