There are many great area attractions short distances away. Many restaurants in a 5 mile radius. Close proximity to downtown and the beautiful Los Olas Blvd. many great areas to explore South Beach, Miami Beach, of course Ft Lauderdale Beach our wonderful coast, the Everglades , the Fl Keys oh my the list just goes on and on.

We are centrally located to most night life, shopping, dining & sightseeing, but just far enough away to not feel the stress of it all.
Great areas outside to have a coffee or a cold beverage and relax by the pool, looking out over the canal. You may see jumping fish in the canal behind the home or even a manatee, iguanas Rome free but are much more scared of you but yet curious enough for you to get a good look! For those bringing boats to the dock enjoy our waterways and please by all means enjoy the wonderful intercostal, canals and New River explore, relax!!!!
Our kitchen has modern appliances. Is equiped for cooking. A counter for 2 to eat at or a table in the Florida room for 4. You can eat out on the wood deck patio table for 4.
1 queen bed in each bedroom. A Pack and play for connivence of families with small ones.

Interconnected hard wired smoke/ CO2 alarm. Fresh water pool, Cold A/C Bring yourself for a relaxing worry free time. Backyard has a wood fence on 3 sides for privacy. Pool is exclusive to this home and is not heated. Pool and dock safety equipment not for play but definitely safety .
Pets welcome as long as they are included in rental agreement with owners approval. You must clean up after pet each time and dispose of in a plastic bag in the garbage can labeled trash.
We have compiled an attractions/dinning book for our guests with some local favorites and Fishing Charters available out of many local Marinas.
City of Fort Lauderdale noise, occupancy,garbage and vehicle ordinances are to be kept in strict compliance while staying at this home.

There are many golf courses in a 10 mile range of the home, fishing from the dock or bring your own boat power is not guaranteed. Enjoy the Venice of America. An easy go between the keys and Disney. Keys are about an hour away and Disney/Universal/Sea World about 3 1/2 hours north beaches beaches beaches, shopping , dinning, nightlife, diving, snorkeling, relaxation or fun.
All guests who wish to extend must contact immediately as for there may be availability and there may not we will try to accommodate but Will not cancel another guests reservation to accommodate any extension.
