Direct Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Condo just steps to the ocean! We have a very desirable end unit available, so your view is directly of the ocean. Our unit is available for just weekly rentals from June through September! The rest of the time, we offer seasonal rentals, weekends and nights, with a three-night minimum. Okay – now let’s talk about the views. This is a direct ocean front unit and each bedroom has a wall of windows that look out onto the ocean. From all rooms in the unit (except bathrooms), you can see the ocean. In the morning when the sun rises, the ocean looks like an infinite pool of sparkling jewels – it just fills you with energy. At night when the moon is over the ocean, it looks like an amazing, shimmering path being lit to wherever your mind takes you. The unit is a very comfortable and spacious place to be, but it is the sights, sounds, and fragrance of the ocean that will make the memories you create here priceless. It’s a healthy and happy experience.

Also, the unit has undergone many new updates for the upcoming rental season. The kitchen has been totally redone with top grade granite counters, all new appliances, and all wood designer cabinets. All common space flooring - halls, kitchen, dining room, and living room have been redone in imported Italian ceramic tile. The bathrooms have been completely remodeled with new cabinets, vanities, and lighting. The unit is new, fresh, and clean.

A few facts about the unit: the kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans, utensils, small appliances, and an electric stove. We have a four seat breakfast bar, and a dining table that seats eight. Again, you can see the ocean directly from the dining room and kitchen. The living room offers two lazy boys, a queen sized sleeper couch, and a love seat. There is a television with a DVD, and sliding glass doors that open to your direct ocean view. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, a large dresser and closet, a television, a private bathroom, and a wall of windows that look directly out to the ocean. The second bedroom is a very spacious room with a large dresser and closet, television, and two twin beds. Again, there is a full wall of windows with an ocean view. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, a comfortable leather chair, a large dresser and closet, a television, and a wall of windows with an ocean view. All three bedrooms have plenty of lighting. There is a second four piece bathroom in the hall, conveniently located by the second and third bedrooms. The unit includes a full size washer and dryer.

Bad weather is not an issue at our Condo. Our tenants will find a television in each bedroom, and a television with DVD in the living room. We have a large game room and recreation center (with ping pong table and electronic arcade games), along with a heated indoor pool. Additionally, there is an indoor shop, free Wi-Fi internet room, and conference room. Our unit is a great place to stay for golf trips, Convention Center activities, Spring and Winter Fests, and tax free outlet shopping in Delaware.

The Condo offers a large outdoor pool, a tennis court, basketball rim, and a sunning deck.

No smoking is allowed, but ash trays are outside on the deck.

No pets are allowed by the Condo. If it is discovered you have a pet, security will evict you and your rental money will not be refunded.

The Quay Security Department charges a $40 registration fee upon check in, from May through September. This includes one parking pass.

Additional parking passes are sold on a first come, first served basis, for $10 a day or $50 a week. Although one parking place per unit is guaranteed, if additional parking at The Quay is sold out, there is Town of Ocean City parking available two blocks away.

We are sorry, but we do not rent to high school students or group rentals. You must be 25 years of age to rent, and be able to prove it. Families only please. A $300 Security Deposit is required.

Off season, partial weeks (Three night minimum) = $175/night + taxes (10.5%) + maid service, but June thru Sept full weeks only!
