Salt pool chlorination, new pool interior and tile, covered gas grill area, 58" TV, 5 bicycles and beach chairs/towels/umbrellas/ice chests/boogie boards/pool floats included.
The City of Delray Beach offers free rides to the Avenue and the beach, just download their app RIDE FREEBEE and they will pick you up 4 blocks away at the Seacrest Christian School on the corner of Seacrest and Gulfstream Ave. See last photo for pick up and coverage area. The yard boasts several interesting sitting areas including The Throne and a beach sand hammock conversation pit.
Inside, the walls are colorful and so are the Art Deco mosaic handmade tables, with Thailand, Latin America and Balinese masks, sculptures and paintings, with photographs from Georgia aerial photographer Hunter Logan.
Covered gas BBQ grill area with light for grilling in the rain. Lush, beautiful landscaping, two car garage with parking for one car inside (5 bicycles also) with a circular driveway for alot more.

The best part of the house is the privacy. We spent more nights than we planned enjoying the pool and screened in sitting area/bar/game room. This getaway is less than a 10 minute Lyft from all of the attractions, including Boston's on the Beach (our favorite). It's also a short trip to the Peanut Island ferry. Captain Mark provides it all, bikes, pool toys, dishes, cups, towels... You name it it's right there. Check-in (and check out) was a breeze. I promise you, we will be back! I am a review reader and let me tell you if you are looking for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with lots of space and great amenities (including that amazing pool area), this is the place for you.” ****
The property boasts a surrounding 6'+ tall wood privacy fence. Tiki bar with 32" flat-screen TV under a 14' high screened patio. Hammock, chaise lounges, ring toss, dartboard...it just keeps getting better...
Lots of books, CDs and magazines on site. Outdoor speakers, weekly pool and yard maintenance, complete privacy, pool floats and toys, a 4 burner gas grill w/ side burner are all included. Sorry, one of the two pool lights is out of order at this time. But the backyard landscaping lights are looking good.

A House Manual is provided prior to arrival with information on nearby boating activities for you and your family to enjoy...including catamarans on the beach!
GUEST PAYS ALL TRANSACTION FEES, I.E. CREDIT CARD FEES WHICH ARE 3% DOMESTIC, 5% INTERNATIONAL, AND ARE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT UPON DEPARTURE.
Additional guests over 4 (only 1 allowed): $60/night per adult, $30/night per child 12-16.
Cleaning at $250/week or stay, $150 once per every other month long term with no laundry done.

Note: We pay for electric use during your visit except from November 15-April 15; then we include up to $75/week of electric which covers normal A/C use. During this time, the Pool heater costs can add about $70-100/week. In other words, the pool heater electric--if used--is additional.
