The rental features a new kitchenette, bathroom, and in unit laundry area. The bedroom features a queen bed , built in storage, TV, and mirrored sliding door closet. The living space features sofa, large TV, drop leaf dining table that can function as a desk. Outside you will find a cafe' table for two set in a lower garden area. The property is close to Main Street, and an easy walk to the Pier and Third Street Promenade. Fabulous location
Devon was a wonderful host! The property is clean and well kept and had everything we needed from a hair dryer to a little kitchenette so we were able to make breakfast! We were so close to the beach and the neighborhood was safe and beautiful. Devon went above and beyond when we had a celebration of life come up unexpectedly and helped adjust the length of our stay. We were here to visit our son and look forward to bringing the rest of our family to visit the next time we are in Santa Monica!

Ideal location to explore the beauty of Santa Monica & beyond…
My husband & I spent 6 nights at this cozy, historic home. We rented the lower unit and experienced restful, quiet nights. With the small kitchenette, we were able to prepare breakfasts & lunches. The nearby Gelson’s Market, offered a variety of prepared dinner entrees. The sights of Santa Monica were explored on foot including the Pier, walking to Pacific Palisades, Venice & Marina del Rey. We visited the Getty Center, Griffith Observatory, Westfield Shopping Mall & Westwood’s Theaters. Nearby charging stations made it convenient to charge our electric car. We felt safe walking on designated foot paths. This historic house is located in a historic district filled with charm. Though the space is small, all needs were met. The best surprise was observing the release of 4 rehabilitated sea lions to the ocean! We highly recommend this unit…no worries regarding parking your vehicle. This location is definitely perfect for walkers!

Great Rental in Santa Monica - Well Equipped
Care has been taken to equip this property for rental; there was nothing that we needed, that the property did not have. Everything was as disclosed. Devon provided thorough and timely communication. Sunday Night (super bowl) parking was hard to find, but the new few nights, no issue parking in front of the rental, on the street.

Quaint Historic Treasure
This is truly a wonderful place to stay. Everything you need is in walking distance. All the properties in the area are rich with history and people love talking about it. Its truly a delight. The Host was FABULOUS and very attentive and concerned that all of our needs were met. Everyone could learn from her how to treat guests. We will definitely come back and will tell all our friends and family about this GREAT place.
