High Quality Ground Floor Unit, Ideal for Family Vacation - J101

With granite countertops and well laid out kitchen, we provide all of the conveniences of home! This two bedroom, two bathroom condo features modern decor and great views of the pool. Well maintained, with new and modern furnishings, you can't help but fall in love with this little piece of paradise.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed and the second bedroom can be set up with a king sized bed or 2 twin beds. A sofa bed can be used for addition guests (to a maximum of 6).

Eat your meals in the dining area on our gorgeous koa wood dining table or enjoy the warm Maui evenings by eating out on the lanai. Easy access to shared BBQs at the pool area, just steps from the condo.

Located on the ground floor, you will have easy access to the gardens, pool and hot tub, and there are two lit tennis courts close by in the Kaanapali Royal complex.

Kaanapali Royal is a beautiful condominium resort located on the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course. The Kaanapali Beach Resort features two championship golf courses, a three mile long sandy beach, and Whaler’s Village, a popular restaurant and shopping complex. We are just a few minutes walk from the beach and Whaler’s Village.

Love this place!
We are smitten with this place! 2nd year now staying at J102 Ka’anapali Royal and it couldn’t be more perfect! Close to the pool and hot tub, close to Whalers & golfing, quiet and easy parking. Can’t wait for our next visit!

We had a great time here. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The condo and the property is in a great location - walking distance to all the attractions of Kaanapali, and even a walk away from the best of Lahaina if you’re ambitious walkers like us (40 minutes). The condo is spacious and reasonably well equipped. We did find that the general standard of maintenance could be improved and when we arrived it was pretty “unclean”, but after an hour or two of elbow grease we had that taken care of. Generally speaking, the unit was as pictured and was enjoyable to spend as a home base for our two week vacation.

Amazing condo!!
We had a week long stay at this condo and found that it was the perfect location and size for our group of six! The property manager was very helpful and answered any of our questions throughout our stay. Totally recommend this condo!!

My family and I (all adults) absolutely loved our time at this condo. Very well appointed kitchen including little touches like ziplock bags and foil and all the things you need for the beach (chairs, toys and large coolers). The place was in good order and really clean. And close to lots of different beaches and other activities. Lots of private space for everyone. Would highly recommend booking this condo….one of the best places we have ever stayed in thru VRBO.

We had a fabulous stay in J101. The location can not be beat. Ground level with easy assess to pool and barbecues. Walking distance to whalers village and blackrock beach. We will be back again!

We live in Vancouver, BC and travel to Maui 2 or 3 times a year. We love sharing our little piece of paradise with others and we're sure you'll be happy if you stay in one of our condos!

Why they chose this property

We originally chose to purchase on Maui in order to escape Vancouver's rain. Its proximity to the mainland and reliable climate made it an ideal choice. We love Kaanapali because of its size; it's quiet, yet there are so many options for great dining and wonderful beaches nearby. We purchased this particular unit after owning the neighbouring condo for 5 year and needing extra space for our growing family. The place became available and we couldn't resist being able to have room for our kids and grandkids when we all want to go together. It's perfect for a family getaway!
