Welcome to Casa Nicho, our home in Santa Fe! This two story condo/townhouse is a comfortable 1700 ft^2 to host you and your gathering. The reviews say it all.

It is within walking distance to some of the most popular restaurants and attractions in Santa Fe! Whether you decide to take a leisurely stroll on the weekend to the Farmer's Market in the Railyard, or to a local restaurant and hot spot...the choice is yours! It's a FIVE MINUTE WALK to Railyard and an additional 10 MINUTE WALK TO THE PLAZA...less than a mile to the Plaza.

When you enter the home you will notice the old world brick floors throughout the lower level, and the luxury furnishings and decor throughout. The open floor plan allows for large gatherings of friends and family. Upstairs you will find a large master suite with private balcony, guest bedroom with twin beds and its own private bath, and large laundry room.

A Great Stay

The condo was perfect. Living room has nice furniture, is spacious. fireplace is great. large dining table. excellent kitchen with every possible piece of equipment. nice patio at rear with small entrance porch with privacy fence in front. plenty of windows for natural light. great master bedroom with luxury pendleton wool blankets, large bathroom with shower and spa tub. small second bedroom and bath, with twin beds. comfortable and efficient. interesting art work in santa fe style. private off street parking. pleasant neighborhood of mixed housing. great location close to major streets. price is reasonable for what we got. owner and associate very helpful and patient since this is our first vrbo experience. we hope to use vrbo again in other locations. we can honestly recommend this particular condo most highly.

Santa Fe Vacation Home

I used the word ‘Home’ in the title for good reason, in seems that you are indeed sharing someone’s home. Let me start by saying that the photos really do not do justice to this wonderful home. Everything is just about perfect, the decor IS Santa Fe, everything feels comfortable , yet classy, everything works as you would hope it would. Atmospheric living room, great kitchen, really pretty dining room, it seems whoever decorated really knew their craft. We very much enjoyed the master bedroom/bathroom, and the kids were more than happy with theirs. For many years we have stayed almost across the road at Hotel Santa Fe, but not any more., this was perfect for us.. I enjoyed the close proximity to the restaurants and shopping. It was also fun to come “home”, light the fire, put on some music, have a drink, and thaw out from a day in the mountains. The Cathedral and square are relatively close, not quite what I would consider walking distance but only few few minutes drive. We did not experience any other vehicles in the parking lot, but even empty, you can imagine it would be a challenge in a Suburban or big truck. However, do not let that discourage you, this “Home” for me, embodies the very spirit of Santa Fe. We love it, and we will return. What better endorsement could I give you ?

Beautiful stay!

This beautiful townhouse is a pleasure, because of the lovely decor and perfect condition, and the convenient location. We also appreciated the fact that it was fragrance-free. It was so nice to come home to at the end of a day of sightseeing etc, as the townhouse has everything one could want to be comfortable. We loved it!

Exceeded Expectations

The online photos were extremely accurate. The accommodations were excellent with beautiful furnishings, finishes and ample supplies. From the moment we turned the key, we felt comfortable and at "home". It was a great location for day trip travel access and easy walking distance to the Rail Yard. We highly recommend this rental.

This was our first vacation with our 4-month baby boy. We enjoyed the museums and the Aspen Vista trail. The restaurants were great, but especially Muda Noodles on Cerillos, featuring excellent Thai food, our stay here was very comfortable!
