Traditional Osterville Cape Cod home located on the second fairway of Wianno Country Club. Enjoy all the town of Osterville has to offer with a short walk to the village, beach and marina. Spacious first floor with living room, sun porch, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Four upstairs bedrooms, 3 with twin beds and 1 with kingsize. Kitchen updated in 2015 w/ new cabinetry, flooring, counters. Added central A/C for 4 bedrooms in 2018. Outdoor firepit. Parking at rear of house. Basketball hoop. Separate garage with many bicycles. Beach pass provided. One week minimum stay please.

Great house in a really wonderful location
This home is beautiful and very comfortable for our family's stay. It's walkable to the main street in town and very close to other attractions on the Cape. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay
We had a wonderful week with our family. The house was in a great location. Could walk to town, watch the golfers and just enjoy the area. The new park that is under construction will be a great addition to the town. We will definitely rent again.
