Guestbook comments from the manager

We have had a fantastic stay in your homes -- enjoying Mariposa, Serena and Colores as well.

This has been an incredible family gathering for us -- a place to share and reminise, to hear and tell stories and a place to laugh. My father spent 3 years in Los Alamos (1943-46) so returning is very special for us.

Your homes are comfortable, welcoming and private --a place to relax and connect.

Thank you so much for helping us to come together.

Location, quiet, patios perfect

  • 4 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for access to town and the Paseo. The quiet was amazing. I spent a lot of afternoon time on the patio and it was so peaceful. The only suggestion that I'd make is to remove the floral couches in the living room. They don't fit and are so uncomfortable.

Warm and inviting

  • 5 of 5

House was well appointed. Very easy walk to the heart of old downtown and the plaza only a few blocks. Loved the two bedrooms each with its own bath. Front porch and back deck great to catch the sun any time of day. Washer:dryer helpful. Exact what we were looking for. Nice and private and felt very safe.

A lovely little property.

  • 5 of 5

My one suggestion would be to remove the black and white coach in the main room. It was totally out of place with the decor plus it was very uncomfortable. The picture on the website was not what we found when we arrived. Also parking was a little difficult because the renters in the property adjacent to ours did not park where they were supposed to which made leaving the parking lot a little difficult.

A Hidden Gem Near the Plaza

  • 5 of 5

Reserved Casa Tranquila at the last minute for a long weekend in the Santa Fe area -- could not have been happier with the decision. The property is quiet and private (awoke to the sounds of birds chirping in the am) -- yet just a short walk to the Plaza, restaurants and shops (about 10 minutes). Lovely SW decor with a cozy, open floor plan in the kitchen and living area for visiting and socializing, while the two bedrooms (each with a private bath) offer guests a natural privacy as well. Will definitely seek out this property again when visiting Santa Fe.
