This stunning unit is located in downtown Kelowna’s newest and most exciting all glass tower at Waterscapes Resort. This suite is located on the 16th floor facing south offering one of the most exciting views in the city. The living room, dining room and both bedrooms feature floor to ceiling windows offering views of the beach, lake and city.

This unit is located directly across the street from one of Kelowna’s best beaches and is right downtown offering easy access to all the downtown has to offer including restaurants, shopping, theaters, museums, art gallery, entertainment and the list goes on.

The suite itself is of extreme high end finishing, furnishings and accessories and will please the most discerning of guests. The suite is ideal for a family or business executive and comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home. There are two bedrooms and a den/office as well as two luxurious bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen featuring a gas range and top of the line appliances.

Both bedrooms feature quality pillow top beds and quality linens as well as TVs‘. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. The living room features a large LCD TV, surround sound, a DVD /CD player and ultra high-end furnishings that just spell relaxation from the moment you enter.

The suite comes fully equipped with everything you could possible need to make this a true home away from home and comes fully stocked with all cleaning supplies, paper products, spices, coffee and tea.

The resort features a swimming pool, two hot tubs, guest lounge, games room, state of the art fitness center and secured underground parking. There is a secure bicycle storage for your suite as well.
