Coronado Shores - Nice One Bedroom Condo with Views

Our sixth floor vacation condo is at a perfect level providing nice views of the ocean, beach and bay.

Located in the El Encanto Building of the luxury gated Coronado Shores complex where there is a 24-hour doorman and manned guard shack to enter the complex. Please visit the Coronado Shores Condominium Association website for more information and a calendar of events.

Steps to the beach, 4 heated swimming pools/Jacuzzi, 8 tennis courts, fitness center, sauna, gas barbecues, picnic tables and clubhouse. The clubhouse has pool tables, big screen TV, full bar and an outdoor veranda on the beach.

Very near the Hotel Del, Golf course, bike trails, shopping, restaurants, live theatre, bus/shuttle stop, and Community Center. The Coronado Community Center located across the street has a full size lap pool, basketball courts and recreation activities. At Seaforth Boat Rental you can rent a boat, kayak, Jet Ski or fishing gear.

Easy access and close to all that San Diego has to offer either by bridge, ferry or water taxi.

There is one garage space provided.

Coronado City requires a minimum 4 week rental. We rent to guests for 1 to 3 months as we enjoy staying here ourselves.

Best VRBO experience ever!
The owner was accommodating, respectful, and provided a great condominium with every possible need fulfilled. Class act the whole way. When we had a noise problem in the high rise from construction work, the owner worked with us to resolve the issue. The condo was perfect, can't say enough nice things about it.

Lovely Stay
Our recent stay at Richard Ramsey's vacation rental was wonderful. Richard provided excellent communication and met us upon arrival making for a smooth check-in process.
