The Juniper apartment is located only 200m from the beach. If you like privacy, the Sardinian ambience and the proximity to the beach, this is the ideal apartment for you. It is located on the ground floor and takes its name from the Ginepro tree of the same name (in German: juniper), which offers pleasant shade on the terrace. This includes two veranda leading to the garden, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds, where a fifth bed can be added), a spacious kitchen with kitchenette, bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet. This apartment has a garden with a fireplace, parking space for the car, outdoor showers with warm water, digital TV and washing machine.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig und dennoch nicht weit vom Strand und dem Zentrum des kleinen Ortes entfernt. Alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der kleine Vorgarten mit Pavillon bringt einige Annehmlichkeiten. Auch unser Hund hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Also immer wieder gerne hier Urlaub machen.

Jederzeit wieder
Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. In der Wohnung war alles so, wie beschrieben. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und stets darum bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wir können hier nur unsere Empfehlung aussprechen!!

Maison agréable de l'extérieur mais vétuste froide et vraiment mal agencée de l'intérieur
Extérieur conforme à l'annonce mais intérieur vétuste, mal entretenu et terriblement froid (volets qui ne ferment plus, pas d'éclairage au dessus de l'évier et gazinière dont seulement 2 feux fonctionnent sur 4, vaisselle dépareillée et usagée, pour le café une seule mini cafetière italienne pour 1 petite tasse expresso, abattant du WC mal fixé, et pour finir appartement très froid en janvier avec une clim qui ne chauffe pas même à forte puissance et qui n'est utilisable que lors de notre présence car la clim s'éteind lorsqu'on s'en va puisque la clé est sur le même trousseau scellé que la porte d'entrée !!! Du jamais vu !!! Quand aux radiateurs s'ils ont existé un jour, il ne reste plus que les vestiges des tuyaux de cuivre qui sortent des murs dans chaque pièce et dépassent de 10 cm environ ce qui est très dangereux si l'on s'y accroche ... À déconseiller absolument !!! C'est la première fois que nous sommes déçues par abritel et nous le déplorons car nous pensions que le site était plus rigoureux quand au choix de ses locations.....

Not fully satisfactory
Good things first: The bathroom was recently renovated and in decent shape. The property manager was very nice and helpful. The apartment was however not quite what we expected. There was no living room area, except a kitchen (and the two bedrooms). The kitchen and rooms were dark and a bit dank. The terrace was surrounded by raw land without even grass, plus a piece of dirty artificial grass. The garden furniture was old ald worn-out. The terrace also face directly to a (smelly) garbage deposit area. The apartment and terrace were not clean when we arrived and we had to start with a big cleaning operation. Privacy: There were many apartments in the building, five or six holiday apartments on the ground floor plus two or three upstairs. We felt like living in a collective. The property was a mixed experience. It was relatively close to a good beach, but it wasn't very nice to be in the flat.
