Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location with panoramic forest views and only 4km away from the Baltic Sea beach and the promenade. The apartment is of high quality with a kitchen, a corner couch, a daylight bathroom and a double bed. The loggia and the fireplace complete the apartment "to feel good". Perfect for nature lovers and those looking for relaxation.

In addition to the house there is an additional garden area with private lake access to the Great Pönitzer See in approx. 400m distance.

On request, a bread delivery service is available on site. We are also happy to assist you in arranging bicycle rental companies.

Wir haben die Woche in der ruhigen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Konnten sogar 1 Stunde vorher in die Wohnung rein. Alles lief problemlos ab.

Hübsche kleine Wohnung
Ruhige Lage am Waldrand. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Leider, aufgrund der Dachschräge, für mich (1,9 M groß) unbequeme Haltung beim Spülbecken und Kopfstossgefahr bei der Duschkabineneinfassung.

Feriendomizil im Grünen
Wir hatten in diesem hübschen Haus das Obergeschoss gemietet. Die Wohnung hat 48 m², aber durch geschickte Raumaufteilung ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen ebenso Stauraum für Koffer. Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, verfügt in allen Räumen über Heizung außer im Wohnzimmer. Dort steht ein Kamin . Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, beziehungsweise der Küche ist ausreichend, es fehlt an nichts. Sogar ein Föhn war vorhanden. Satellitenfernsehen mit einigen verschlüsselten Sendern, der eigene Netflix Account konnte benutzt werden. WLAN funktionierte gut. Der schönste Ort war der Balkon mit einem wunderbaren Blick in den Wald . Unweit der Wohnung befindet sich ein sehr schöner Badesee, um ihn ist man in 60 Minuten herumspaziert . Die Vermieterin ist freundlich/ hilfsbereit. Leider hat die Kommunikation nicht so funktioniert wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte. Am Tag der Anreise und auch der Abreise /bzw. am Tag davor mussten wir sehr lange auf Antwort warten bzgl. Schlüsseldepot Details. Das wäre wirklich wünschenswert diese mindestens einen Tag vorher zu haben. Auch zu Anfang der Buchung hat die Kommunikation über die Webseite von „Ferienwohnung Direkt“ überhaupt nicht geklappt, sodass ich mir im Internet über eine andere Seite die Kontaktdaten der Vermieterin besorgen musste. Aber vielleicht waren das ja auch nur Startschwierigkeiten. Alles im allen: sehr empfehlenswerte , mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage .
