About this property

Holiday home Baltus, an oasis of peace and privacy!

15 minutes from the sea and the beach are holiday home Baltus! a beautiful bungalow park De Wielen in St. Maarten. The only house on the park encloses in coniferous condition! Great privacy! Private parking at the huis. Beneden is the living room with fireplace and kitchen. In the storage room is a washer / dryer / dishwasher and a small oven to bake your own delicious sandwiches for yourself. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

The upper floor consists of three bedrooms.
Sleeps 6 adults and 1 baby (cot). A second toilet. Linens! In the park, Wheels is a nice playground, soccer field, basketball court, fishing lake and an outdoor pool with a separate children's pool. There is a well organized animator during the summer school from 21 July // 2nd September. Entry is free. The Dirksgolfplatz is only a few kilometers away! even the lively city of Schagen is right! and of course the beach dunes are 10 minutes away from the beautiful park holding bikes in St. Maarten. Com vacation in our beautiful bungalow!

Fijne vakantie in een confortabel huis met mooie tuin.
Het is huis, voor 7 personen is van alle gemakken voorzien.Vaatwasmachine, wasmachine en droger. Heeft 2 toiletten.Goed onderhouden tuin. Er is een BBQ. In het recreatiepark, bar/restaurant en verwarmd zwembad. De auto kun je naast het huis parkeren.

Ein tolles Haus in einem sympathischen Wohnpark. Beste Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung und für zahlreiche Ausflüge in Nordholland. Guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin.

Tolle Umgebung
Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Anlage,die sehr gepflegt und ruhig liegt.Schöne Angebote mit Freibad,Kiosk(Kneipe) und Leihfahrräder.Super als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Strand und Städte.Haben es genossen abends dann ruhig dort im Garten zu sitzen und zu entspannen.Im Haus alles vorhanden.Gute Ausstattung.Sehr freundliche und bemühte Vermieterin.Anreise mit Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werde nicht das letzte mal dort sein.

Schöne Tage verlebt
Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage für alle, die gern mit dem Rad unterwegs sind. Ausstattung ist ok, alles vorhanden (außer einem Backofen). Besitzerin sehr nett, wir wurden persönlich mit einer Flasche Wein empfangen. Für heiße Zeiten gibt es sogar einen Pool im Feriendorf.
