Rustic Tuscan style apartment in a rural complex of 1700 in the beautiful countryside between Monteriggioni and Colle Val d'Elsa in the province of Siena, rich in vineyards and olive groves. Entrance and stairs to 1st floor in common with another apartment. Pleasant and functional furnishings. For common use with other apartment: equipped outdoor area with barbecue for outdoor dining and relaxing, washing machine on the first floor. A few hundred meters from a section of the ancient Via Francigena pilgrimage route leading to the medieval village of Monteriggioni. Several marked hiking and biking trails that wind along the countryside of Siena and the green hills of the Chianti area, characterized by small hamlets, country churches and old stone farmhouses. In the various taverns you can enjoy typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition accompanied by excellent local wines. 6 km Colle Val d'Elsa, the town ded crystal, with stores and services of all kinds. 13 km Monteriggioni, 21 km San Gimignano - the city of towers, 23 km Castellina in Chianti, 23 km the beautiful art city of Siena, 51 km Florence - the cradle of the Renaissance. Access via 200 m gravel road.

Beautiful house
Beautiful house, an attraction by itself, very comfortable, spacious, packed with everything you might need. Quiet and pieceful surroundings. Absolutely perfect.

Schöne große Wohnung in toller Lage mit großem Garten
Die Wohnung ist ist sehr groß und einfach aber funktionell eingerichtet, inkl. Spül- und Waschmaschine sowie Trockner. Die Lage zwischen Sienna und San Gimignano ist hervorragend und auch Florenz ist in unter einer Stunde zu erreichen. Besonders schön ist der große und gut ausgestattete Garten mit einem tollen Blick auf die toskanische Landschaft. Lediglich die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist ein Kritikpunkt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber und in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, aber ansonsten merkt man der Einrichtung das Alter und die oberflächige Reinigung an.

bellissima casa d'epoca con tutti i comfort moderni!
La casa era in ordine e pulita, in una splendida posizione per visitare tutto l'entroterra senese e toscano, fresca, dotata di tutte le dotazioni e gli elettrodomestici di ultima generazione in cucina, con un ampio giardino, barbecue nuovissimo elettrico e spazi ampi e freschi. Lo consiglio sia a famiglie sia a gruppi più numerosi perché lo spazio è davvero ampio. Unico piccolo difetto: la sala è poco luminosa perché non ha finestre dirette... però ben illuminata con luci.
