Due to its location on the Zschopau river and the baroque palace and park, the town of Lichtenwalde is one of the most popular local recreation areas in the Chemnitz area. The 2016 completely renovated apartment is located on the top floor at the end of the 19th Century built in the Swiss style. The villa stands on a large, park-like property with beautiful old trees. It is also available for guests to relax. Baroque castle and park Lichtenwalde can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The hiking trails in the area (including Zschopau, bike and hiking trails) can be reached directly from the property. Chemnitz is 10 minutes away by car. The place is connected to the local bus network. The stop is in sight. The host can also cook for his guests on request. Parking is available on the property.

Aufenthalt im historischen Ambiente
Die Fewo hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr hell und sauber, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Lage mitten im Grünen, gleich bei Schloss und Park Lichtenwalde und doch zentral ist für Ausflüge ins Erzgebirge und bis nach Dresden und Leipzig gut geeignet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben auch gerne Tipps zu Veranstaltungen und informierten uns über die interessante Geschichte des von Ihnen sehr schön renovierten Hauses.
