Our Villa Orta with 2 apartments is located on the picturesque Lake Orta (I-28016 Orta / San Giulio, Strada Statale, Villa Stresa No. 6). Both apartments were completely renovated in 2016. From every apartment you have an unobstructed view of the island of St. Giulio and the opposite mountains.

The 5,000 square meter property is overgrown with palm trees and fruit trees. There is a private bathing and boat place. The garden can be shared by all guests. Loungers and seating are available.

Apartment 3B - approx. 23m² for max. 2 people, living / dining / bedroom with double bed for 2 people, 1 kitchenette, shower / toilet, balcony

Dogs are not allowed in our apartment!

Keine Wünsche offen!
Als wir ankamen hatten wir noch Zweifel ob die Ferienwohnung groß genug ist, aber wir wurden gleich von Gegenteil überzeugt. Die Wohnung (3B) ist zwar Kompakt, ist aber mit allem ausgestattet das wir brauchten. Die Lage mit dem Garten und dem direkten Seezugang ist erstklassig und die Umgebung sowie die Aussicht über den Ortasee einfach traumhaft.

Wir haben die Tage am See sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist mit wertigem Mobiliar eingerichtet. der Ort Orta san Giulia ist sehr malerisch, ein Genuss an der Piazza zu verweilen

Traumvilla am See
Alles in der kleinen Wohnung mit Balkon war top. Neuwertig, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Küchenutensilien ausreichend. Wir hätten uns noch einen Handfilter und Kanne gewünscht, da wir nicht so die Kapselfans sind. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Lage an der Hauptstraße nach vorn. Es sollte dringend ein Spiegel angebracht werden. Ausfahrt sehr riskant. Auch ist der Fußweg ca. 150 m an der Straße entlang lebensgefährlich. Die Italiener gehen nicht zu Fuß. Wir tranken gerne die köstlichen Weine und wollten deshalb nicht fahren. Auch ist die ganze Altstadt von Orta San Giulio verkehrsberuhigt. Wunderbar still und beschaulich dort in der Vorsaison. Das Grundstück der Villa mit stabiler Badeleiter in den See ist phantastisch. Das Wasser ein Traum. Der Blick vom Balkon unvergesslich. Dafür muss man natürlich einen steilen Aufst von der Villa zum Parkplatz/Straße hinnehmen. Wir Norddeutschen brauchten etwas Training. Nach 3 Tagen ging es besser. Die Villa Orta kann nur empfohlen werden für einen entspannten Ortaseeurlaub.

Traumhafter Blick auf den See
Sehr saubere und praktische Einzimmerwohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick vom kleinen Balkon direkt auf den Ortasee. Wunderschönes riesiges Grundstück mit direktem Seezugang zum Schwimmen und Sonnen. Kurzer Weg, größtenteils direkt am See entlang nach Orta San Giulio. Wirklich wunderschöner, wenn auch sehr kurzer Aufenthalt. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.
