Lovingly furnished apartment, near the Ruhrauen. It has been completely renovated in February 2018 and has been mostly furnished with new furniture. Quiet but central location. It is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families, long-term travelers and also for trade fair exhibitors or trade fair visitors. Our apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. Please inquire about extended stay rates.
Our apartment is a Non smoking apartment. For smokers there is a covered area with seating available in the yard.
Everything that is in the apartment is to treat with care, so that the next guests can enjoy it as well.
