This charming property from 1900 convinces with a modern interior and spoils its guests with a beautiful panorama of the sea and the mountains. Relax in peace in the indoor pool area with large sliding glass doors facing the garden or outside in the high-quality garden furniture on the sun-drenched terrace. Stroll only 4 km away through the sunny village center of Saint-Paul-de-Vence and visit there also the Fondation Maeght or a museum with sculpture garden and contemporary art, the Chapelle des Pénitents Blancs (Chapel of the white penitent monks) or its collegiate church or the Collégiale de la Conversion de Saint-Paul. A little further away, Vence invites you for a short walk. Experience the pleasant atmosphere in the old town and visit its museum of modern art. Antibes with its city walls, its marina Port Vauban and the Fort Carré will also delight you. At 10 km, Nice is at your feet with lively little streets and lots of Provençal charm. Make your children happy and spend an eventful day with them in the adventure pool near Antibes. This beautiful accommodation with pool offers an idyllic starting point for your vacation on the Côte d'Azur. Golf course: 13 km. The pool is heated and available to guests throughout the year.

Disappointed by the ratio quality versus price
We were globally disappointed about that property due to different elements. Climatisation was installed in only 2 bedrooms, the rest of the house was hot (3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen …) and it was complicated to maintain the différent parts of the house cool. Part of the facilities were damaged: exterior sun loungers were ripped, one shower was partially broken, one base bed was not usable, the garden contain rusty tools dangerous for young children and was not maintained…. Finally part of kitchen equipment was not cleaned when we arrive. So we do not recommend this house because of the low quality proposed compared to the price.
