The apartment was newly furnished in early 2018, the shower was rebuilt and painted. Centrally located on the underground U3 station. Museum Quarter and House of the Sea nearby. 20 min. on foot to the Hofburg and St. Stephen's Cathedral.

136 m² living space with a large terrace!

Apartment consists of modern beds, clothes boxes and sanitary rooms, complemented by antique furniture (dining table and desk).

Why Wolfgang chose Neubau

This house has been owned by my family for a long time, an old Viennese textile dynasty with factories in the whole area of ​​Austria-Hungary (see photo of the marble panel in the entrance area). The apartments are a nice mix of old antiques with new modern but matching furnishings.

What makes this apartment unique

The central location is loved by my guests, as one of Vienna's most popular shopping streets passes nearby, the distance to museums and sights of the city is not far, but also a subway station is very close.

You live in a historic house that once housed my grandfather's textile factory in adjacent halls. In the entrance area hangs a marble plaque (photo) as a reminder of the visit of Emperor Franz Josef in the textile factory.

Excellent location; excellent accommodations; excellent host

Spacious like-new accommodations with more updated renovations seemingly on the way in this classic space. Quiet street right off a main shopping and dining street (Mariahilfer Strasse). Convenient for breakfast cafes. Quick walk to U3, which we took every day to the sights and museums of the city centre. Also easy walk (even with luggage) to Westbahnhof Underground Station to arrive and depart for/from other cities in Austria and Germany. Loved the terrace, impressive windows and roomy wardrobes. I feel so much more at home when I am able to unpack and yet remain organized.

Host was very cooperative and flexible with regard to our family of four's travel schedule. Thank you Wolfgang for making our visit to Vienna from the US uncomplicated and so very pleasant.

Great apartment in Vienna!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It is exactly as pictured in the ad. Large rooms, very clean, easy access to the U, and a great Wurstelstand on the corner! There is a small grocery store on the street level in the same building - can't ask for anything more convenient! The shopping street down the block has every store you can imagine, and lots of restaurants to choose from. It is only a short subway ride, or a longer walk to reach the old city and main tourist attractions. Hosts were very friendly. We did not have any problems with our stay and I would highly recommend it!

Appartement spacieux très bien situé

Très bel appartement bien équipé, impeccable, au calme, tout en étant proche des commerces et de la station de métro.

Nous avons apprécié la terrasse pour prendre le petit-déjeuner au soleil du matin.

Proche du centre (4 stations de métro), accueil très sympathique, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour.

On reviendra.

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen und für Stadtausflüge

Die Wohnung ist ruhig, aber sehr zentral gelegen- perfekt für Ausflüge in die Stadt. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind viele Shopping- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und U-Bahn-Stationen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet Platz für 4-5 Personen. Wir haben nichts vermisst und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Gerne wieder!

Schöne Altbauwohnung.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Altbauwohnung sehr genossen.

In den neuen Boxspringbetten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Auf der großen Terrasse haben wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt. Etwas Schade war das es vom darüber liegendem Balkon oft stark getropft hat. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

Viel Platz in einer hervorragend gelegenen Wohnung mit altwiener Flair

Die Wohnung hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, mitten im Geschehen und doch ganz ruhig.

Sie ist besonders geräumig und hat einen tollen Balkon mit Vormittagssonne.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Großzügigkeit des Vermieters - Toiletteartikel, Handtücher,

Erstausstattung mit Lebensmitteln, Obstkorb .....

In den neuen Boxspringbetten schläft man hevorragend.

Um die Geräumigkeit noch besser zu nützen, könnte man die Möblierung in den Schlafzimmern noch etwas ergänzen.

Sehr positiv ist zu erwähnen, dass der Belegungskalender vom Vermieter aktualisiert wird und somit eine schnelle Sofortbuchung mit Kreditkartenbezahlung möglich war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter , der Check-in und der Check-out verliefen problemlos.

Wir haben uns gefreut, das Flair einer wiener Altbauwohnung in einem historischen Gebäude

genießen zu können !
