Apartment in a beautiful location and lake view

Our house Aviva with 5 cozy apartments is located on a hillside in the Bodman district with a beautiful view of the Überlinger See.
Relax after a nice day on your own terrace or on our roof terrace and let your gaze wander over Lake Constance.
You are welcome to meet at our barbecue area with a cozy arbor and end the evening.

The 43 m² apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2-3 people. It has exclusive access and its own terrace. Relax here after an eventful day in the region and enjoy the view of Lake Constance.

In a few minutes' walk you can reach the pier and the promenade. In the village you will find everything you need for a beautiful Lake Constance vacation: bike rental, boat rental, restaurants, village shop, bakery, butcher, post office, and much more.
Make excursions to sights on Lake Constance: Mainau Island, wildlife park, Affenberg, Birnau Monastery, Unteruhldingen stilt houses, Zeppelin Museum Friedrichshafen, Constance, Rheinfall Schaffhausen, and much more. Brochures are available for you in the house.

Nettes Kleine Appartement in Bodman
Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Sie ist in ruhiger Lage und man ist in 12 min. am See. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert und man war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde die Wohnung wieder buchen
