If you want to experience the unique atmosphere of a marina from your own floating house, this is the place for you. This beautiful houseboat has a sun terrace with unobstructed views over the lakes and with 2 bedrooms the house is suitable for 4 people.

The house is not large, but cozy and the round windows give a nautical feeling. The houseboat has 2 bedrooms, 1 of which has a bunk bed, a cozy living room with open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In nice weather you will probably spend a lot of time outdoors, on the terrace on the first floor you can lie in the dedicated doezelnet. From the large sun terrace on the upper floor you have a beautiful view over the Westeinderplassen and the marina where the floating house is located. This terrace is accessible from the outside via a staircase at the front of the house.

The house is attached to the jetty, so it can not be sailed. Do you have your own boat(s) that you would like to bring? The house has its own boat dock. There is a boat lift that you can use for a fee. In the marina you will also find a reception, a water sports store and a restaurant. In the store you can rent all kinds of water sports equipment to make your stay fun, especially with kids! Think SUP boards and other fun boards. Free wifi is available outside the marina. You can use it on the terraces of the yachts and in the Kempers Watersport showroom while enjoying a cup of coffee.

The Westeinderplassen are located on the border between North and South Holland. On these lakes many sailing courses and water sports activities for young and old take place. Within a short distance you will find big cities like Amsterdam and Haarlem, but also smaller towns and the coast with for example Noordwijk and Katwijk is nearby (about 20 minutes by car).
