Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im sehr schön gelegenen Asenham ca. 6 km von Bad Birnbach entfernt. Zur Rottal Therme und zum Golfplatz Bella Vista sind es ca. 6 km. Auch das nahegelegene Golfzentrum Bad Griesbach ist nur etwa 12km entfernt und in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Ihr "Urlaubsdomizil mit dem besonderen Ambiente" ist modern und äußerst komfortabel ausgestattet. Das Appartement bietet auf 29qm viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Es verfügt über ein Wohn-Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Fernseher und Essecke, eine separate, ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und einen Südbalkon. stylisches Appartement in ruhiger Lage
Schönes stylisches Appartement. Uns hat die ruhige Lage sehr gut gefallen. In der Gegend gibt es viel zu erkunden. Haben die Gegend per Fahrrad erlebt. Besonders gut hat uns die Stadt Schärding am Inn (Österreich) gefallen.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub
Wir wurden sehr höflich empfangen. Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Appartments liegen in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. In der Umgebung sind viele Wandermöglichkeiten vorhanden.

Sehr sehr ruhige Lage. Kein W-Lan, kein Vodafone und kein O2 Netz. Wer also einfach mal abschalten will, für den ist das das richtige. Gastgeber sehr nett und Zimmer sehr modern und umfassende Einrichtung der Küche mit Spülmittel, teller und alles was man benötigt. Kleiner Backofen inbegriffen und auch im Kühlschrank ist ein Gefrierfach. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist eine Therme in der Nähe. Achtung für spinnenängstliche! Wir hatten einige in unserem Zimmer. Sauberkeit: 3von 5 Sternen. Ansonsten top
