This holiday home with a pool is located just 700 metres from one of the best beaches in Mallorca: Playa de Muro!
Ca Na Nicole has a terrace adorned with flowers and a small garden with sun loungers where you can relax and unwind during your holiday on the island. On the terrace you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or dinner in Mediterranean temperatures. The house has a well maintained communal chlorine pool (11m x 6m) where you can refresh yourself, soak up the sun and enjoy the pleasant Mallorcan climate.

The house is spread over two floors and offers space for six people. On the ground floor there is a living and dining room with all mod cons, which opens onto the terrace where you can relax or spend pleasant hours with your family or friends. Three bedrooms on the first floor ensure that guests get a pleasant night's sleep during their stay at Ca Na Nicole.

Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. One of the bedrooms with a double bed and the bedroom with two single beds each have a terrace with two sun loungers where you can relax at the end of the day. The bathrooms are also located on the first floor. One of them is en suite and has a shower, while the other bathroom has two washbasins and a large bathtub where you can relax.

The rustic kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for you to prepare a variety of dishes from our Mediterranean cuisine, including a dishwasher. The comfortable sofa allows you to relax in the air-conditioned living room with Smart TV and fibre optic connection. A dining table for six people offers pleasant moments with family or friends.

The holiday home is ideal for families with small children as there is a large playground right next door. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. Just 700 metres away, you can stroll along a quiet sandy beach, cool off in its calm waters and enjoy a pleasant sea breeze. Explore the beautiful north coast and visit the oldest town in Mallorca, Alcudia! On Tuesdays and Sundays you can visit the impressive market, which is of great tourist interest and offers typical products so that you can buy a souvenir of your fantastic holiday on the island.

All well and easy
Communication with Ideal Property and Nicole (the owner) was friendly and helpful. The house was definitely big enough for us (family of 5) - living room, 2 bathrooms with showers, garden etc. Also, lots of parkings spots in front of the house. 5-minute-walk from the Beach. We had a good time and no problems.

Très bien situé
Maison idéalement située tout près d’une belle plage de sable. Alcudia est une très jolie ville à visiter, et le point de départ de nombreuses routes touristiques. Jolie piscine (plus petite que l’impression donnée par la photo) et pet ou jardin avec table et chaises mais malheureusement nous n’avons profité ni de l’un ni de l’autre: la piscine n’était pas chauffée et elle comme le jardin étaient infestés de moustiques (bien sûr cela n’est pas en lien avec la location à proprement parler). La maison était suffisamment grande pour notre famille (2 enfants et 2 adultes). Comme écrit dans d’autres commentaires, les matelas de la chambre d’enfants sont à changer (on sent tous les ressorts, très inconfortable). Les deux autres chambres possèdent un grand lit très confortable et des rangements. Nous avons eu quelques soucis à notre arrivée avec le bruit de la pompe à eau, qui a été réglé efficacement par l’agence, avec qui le contact est facile.
